I'm having a terrible time with the new format in email. Can I please have the old format back? Please! Please!

    This new version is unacceptable. I loved the old mail folder. I can keep things I read but I need to revisit later without clogging up my inbox and now that is all gone. It doesn't auto populate from the contacts list. The fonts are all boring and you messed up the signatures. This is unacceptable. I need my old mail restored immediately!!!

    Old email addresses are not picked up on when you start to type, it's impossible to scroll down the list of old emails, it's just dreadful and clearly designed by people without a clue!!! Please bring back the old version

    Give me back the old version please. I can operate this new format. Didn't get any notification that any new version was being switched. Difficult to add email multiple email address at one time, more than one attachment. This is causing me serious problems and delays in my correspondence. I want the old version back. Please help!

    In addition to my other comments, you have wiped out my tax documents that substantiate what I have used for tax deductions, not only in 2021 but in former years as well. How am I supposed to substantiate anything when the documentation no longer exists. I need this information restored asap. Thank you.

    Yes. Please return the old format. I detest the "new" way. I do not want my emails filtered for me nor do I want the "old mail" folder gone. I also do not like having my emails and contacts deleted. I cannot simply type in a contact anymore. I have to go to the contact list. I too will change carriers if this is not resolved. Next time, please ask us the customers before such a dramatic change to our accounts. You have wiped out a good share of what I have saved. Many of the items are for court reports and I have to have them. It is simply not an option for them to be gone. Thank you.

    Change back the email format ASAP. Very hard to get used to. No colors, no font size, nothing!!!! I'll soon be leaving AOL if this continues as the new format!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    If it isn't broken....Don't fix it ! I smize that who ever did this was only focused on trying to save space, with little regard for the impact on the AOL user community....SO PLEASE GIVE BACK THE OLD VERSION.

    Please put back the old email format. The new one is terrible. Nothing is the same and it took my grandson to help me even use it. Why would anyone just change something that we had been using for years.

    U changed my mail, I don't like it. Don't have all of my pictures and other things I saved. U took some of my life long things off. How could you?

    Can't make adjustments to font size so I can read it. Also list of e-mails is too small - why did you narrow the area? TOO MANY ADS.

    I WANT THE OLD FORMAT BACK>,............... I have lost thousands of emails...............I can't send messages to group contacts already formed.................when I go down the list to add............then it doesn't add them...............     I AGREE! This format is horrible! Give me the old format please. I cant see where item is if I want to delete a slew of emails from a particular email address. , it used to show to the right where the item was in trash or in box, also its all BOLD , Can't preview emails with a preview box on the bottom, No way to change the look of the emails and email box,, could go on and on. CHANGE IT BACK!
