I'm having a terrible time with the new format in email. Can I please have the old format back? Please! Please!

    horrible format, not user friendly. cannot access contacts easily when composing an email, old mail is gone, if this format continues you will lose customers

    Your new AOL Mail reminds me of how your application looked back in the day when you sent out free install disks through the mail....it's clunky, counter-intuitive, and above all BORING.
    Whatever committee you formed to come up with this Monstrosity needs to be disbanded...and whoever approved the change needs to be put in charge of...oh, I don't know, say, the Spam Filter Project.

    I support the plea of all the others that you restore the previous version of emails as soon as possible. I cannot understand why you have removed so many functions: changing fonts in size and colour, removal of Bold and Underline option, automatic completion of recipient address when you begin to type the address, inserting pictures in the way it could be done, etc.

    la nouvelle version est catastrophique sur l'ergonomie et beaucoup de fonctions .
    -Raccourcis adressage disparus
    - Choix des carracteres et leur taille et couleur
    -Acces tres mal commode impression
    REVENEZ SANS TARDER A LA VERSION P¨RECEDENTE

    I think it is disgusting that I must give you access to MY email....MY pictures...MY privacy in order to comment on new mail format. Seems I might need to change email carriers.
    I have been with AOL since 1997...what the **** are you people doing?
