How can we improve AOL Mail?

Give back the old version please.

I'm having a terrible time with the new format in email. Can I please have the old format back? Please! Please!

    New format is terrible. Real bad for forwarding emails to groups. Put back old format. Not enough thought put into this format.....horrible

    OK, you have got to put it back the way it was or give me the option of my going back to the way it was!!!! I HATE the new look and, obviously, so do a lot of others. Don't just look at our comments...DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!!!

    Yup, put it back please AOL, or at the very least allow people to revert to the legacy setup. New version is ugly and feels like usable.

    Enable active links, placement of images and graphics by pasting in body of email, and embedded video. And font style and size, bolding, underlining, italicizing, color of text and background.

    Fully agree this new version is utter **** please stop messing with it and leave it like it was if you want to do something constructive try adding a spam link so you just add that mail to it and its blocked for good

    This format is impossible to work for me - I use it in my real estate business. Inability to search for multiple messages is too slow- need to be able to search by to and from, dates and subject.

    All of your loyal users cannot very well be wrong; please do change the interface back post haste. We were used to it. If we craved novelty, do you suppose we would be using AOL?

    I can't make the read email go away from the list without deleteing and having it in the old file and the unread number doesn't chang --------put the old format back !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I 100% agree. I hate the multi-page view as opposed to a single scroll of all messages. Hate the inability to select more than one message. Hate that in search mode, you can't advance to the next message while in a message.

    NOTHING about this is an improvement. NOTHING. It's like you sat around and said, "How can we make this *less* functional.

    Settings are not present to change font sizes or enhancements. Please bring back the old format.

    Why did you change the format of my email? How do I get the previous format back?

    It seems you have made this look like yahoo. Well, if I wanted my email to look like yahoo, I would use yahoo, and not AOL. I use your email because I liked the way it looked. Please change my account back to its previous format.
