    I agree with prior comments about the new format. When composing an email it appears that you cannot choose the font or other style choices (and if you can it is not apparent how to do that, and that is a problem as well). Poor design.

    Please give me back my old AOL back. I'm 72 and had a stroke and am having a hard time with this new AOL. Please change my AOL back.

    I liked viewing the email in a subwindow. Also, I had many more emails set as unread that no longer are showing, and some of them I need to review frequently and kept them as unread. Now they are gone. BOOO!!!! At least give us back the option to keep the old version.

    GO BACK. Clicking through pages of mail?? Why? I want to be able to scroll continuously. Stop trying to reinvent the wheel. Go back to the original version. This is terrible.

    I do not like the new platform, can't adjust it.

    Please give us the option to go back to the old aol mail format. This new format is terrible and difficult to navigate. You should have given us the option to change to the new format. I've tried several ways to get back to the old format and nothing is working. AT LEAST GIVE US THE OPTION TO RETURN TO THE OLD FORMAT.

    Please return to the old/classic version of AOL mail. This new format is confusing and especially to those who are not tech savvy.

    I REALLY dislike the new format!!! I used to be able to delete multiple "junk" emails from the Inbox. NOW I have to select them one by one. Also, read emails used to go to Old Mail. NOW they just stay on the laptop screen as Read. The whole process is now very tedious.

    Need someone technical who knows what they are doing.The bosses do not have a clue!! Bring back the classic version. Switching back and forth from new to old is ridiculous.
    It should not take 30 minutes to answer a casting messages! All info used to be at my fingertips! Do the bosses see what's happening????

    After 24 years of using aol, I'm leaving, this new email layout and set up is horrific ly ****!
