    I want the old version back. There is email I need that appears to be inaccessible to me now. I don't like the appearance or info I used to see in my inbox that is not there now.

    This new format is the worst!!!!!!!!!!

    Hate this new version. why can't i change back. emails should be on a separate page, not instead of emails received.

    Stop changing the AOL format. Give me back my old format.
    Is AOL on some sort of a full employment plan for soft ware engineers? Constanly reworking the format to keep them employed.
    If it an't broke, don't fix it!

    Return to the standard version of email! This is ridiculous! After decades with aol you want me to give up and go to Gmail? At least Gmail has a format that is user friendly

    Bring back a list option that moves read mail to a folder automatically if you wish to. Want old mail back!!!!!

    Did you do any kind of testing on this with any of your customers? I haven't seen one person that even partially likes this new format. PLEASE change back IMMEDIATELY!!!

    There's no "RECENTLY DELETED EMAIL" option, only "TRASH", and that doesn't bring up all the recently deleted. This new version sucks. How do I get back to the last version?

    I used to brag that the functionality and format of the old AOL Mail portal was better than GMail and Outlook. It was simple and allowed for some simple tweaks that made it great.

    Please return my old version of AOL, this new one is NOT working and is no where near as good. You have lost some of my emails and the features we had have now gone. You have just ruined AOL. Please return it immediately.

    If I try to COMPOSE or FORWARD an email I can't access my CONTACTS. I have to know the contacts e-mail to enter it.

    If I try to send an email to a GROUP it's IMPOSSIBLE to get my contacts list.
