    The fonts are too small and the box looks too crowded. No matter how many times I hit delete, old mail is still showing up and there is no deleted mail either. It's ******* the eyes. Please go back to the one you had earlier today.

    I don't get why AOL would do this horrible thing to our email. sometimes people are amazed I still use AOL, I always say it's the best. not anymore.

    Give back old format or I will cancel my PAID subscription to AOL. I receive about 400 spam emails a day and I am fed up with having to delete one page (25) at a time.

    Why ,when i visit my mother in law and sign in on her computer, the OLD VERSION that so many of us are asking for a return to ,comes up much to my surprise and delight ?

    your new version really sucks, whoever designed it, should'n be working on computers. go to mcdonalds . please go back , or i will cancel aol.

    Je n'ai aucun problème pour lire mes messages mais je peux vous comprendre, elle est vraiment nulle cette présentation et aucune fonction autour

    why change something that works? I have used aol for a lot of years and never had any problems. Now I cannot send group emails which I need to do regularly
    You have seriously screwed up my life!

    What have you done? Its impossible to compose an email! No spellcheck! Unable to change type and size of print! No indentation! PLEASE change it back! Change is not always a good thing!

    You can improve AOL Mail by changing it back to the way it was! This one stinks!

    The default setting to view mail is "newest on top". When switching to say "unread", it changes BUT does not stay. I have to go back and reset the view to "unread" every time - very annoying.
    Please respond because this is a deal breaker for me. I've been with AOL for ever and want to stay but this is enough for me to reconsider.
