    Put it all back how it was - the new setup is absolutely RUBBISH. For a start, the font size is RIDICULOUSLY small, for people like me - I'm 75 and have to squint in order to be able to read it. I am definitely going elsewhere for my email henceforth - what you have done has made it impossible for me to use. What we had before was near perfect and you have RUINED IT.

    This is a lame attempt at copying the Google Mail format, but it has zero user-friendliness and lacks in options. Poor design and limited usability. I will not use this format for very long before I drop AOL completely and go to a gmail account instead.

    Why are you asking for ideas after you mad the decision to make this a teffible email site and get us to move toYahoo?

    They even eliminated the "Insert PHOTOS" ability in this new AWFUL mail format!

    You cannot tell me this change isn't purposeful to get us all to finally stop using the service. Someone seems to be winding this down.

    Do you not know that people with vision issues can still use the internet and websites? All they need are site owners to remember they exist and set up the site to be helpful. Things like reaching out to the blind community to find out what works best for them as well. You have used the wrong fonts, size, and color for those with vision issues.

    You have ruined my email inbox by flooding it with old read mail - over 15 years of it! I have nothing nice to say about AOL at this point. Give me a method to transfer 15+ years of email to another provider!

    I hate your new format. It is very difficult to use - and that is assuming I can get it to do what I want.
    PLEASE - go back to the old format.

    need to adjust font. TOO SMALL for me to read easily! Is it adustable? If not, vote to go back to old format. See some other adjustments I will need to deal with, but font size is non-negotiable for me.

    Why would you take something that worked perfectly, was convenient and easy and turn it into a cluster-mess? WHY? WHY? good lord your loyal email customers don't deserve this garbage!

    I will be moving to g-mail if AOL can't get this new format fixed. You can't type in more than 2 recipients for your mail with out having to go through a check-off cascade in contacts. When you "update" you are suppose to make things work better not hinder the user.

    All my old emails earlier than 2019 have disappeared. I need those; if I'd didn't, I'd have deleted them myself.
    Please return them or describe how to make them accessible.

    The page-by-page view is nowhere near as convenient as the continuous view.

    I see you only screwed up the email in Opera. I know of late that many web pages wont let me access Opera because of the build in VPN that they dont like. When I log into Chrome my email is unchanged. Obviously you want this as vanilla as possible so we all quit Opera.
