    i hate this. how do i get rid of it? one of my accounts is displaying the old way, which i liked, and one of my accounts is displaying the new way, which i hate. it looks like my yahoo account now. why isn't there an option to get rid of this?

    Horrible change. Help page says go to settings to return to old version, but there is nothing in settings to do that. AOL always had the SUPERIOR mail format. Why try to change it to the clunky, junky way all the other services use???

    Bring back the old version of aol mail. Why break something that isn't broke!
    Give everyone the chance to decide what version of aol mail that they want to use.

    I like old version for the following reasons:
    1. I can easily select font styles as needed
    2. More selections while typing
    3. Select the spams emails all at once & don't need to go page by page
    4. Easier to look at all emails at once & do not need to go page by page
    5. Among other reasons ^_^

    The unified mail box is terrible! Bring back the Old Mail folder! Also bring back larger font and ability to customize.

    Please return me to the old version of AOL mail as I have had the older version for years and absolutely do not like the newer version that was installed yesterday. The fonts are also so small that I can hardly read them - I'm 74 yrs old. I have always liked AOL Mail and do not want to change service.

    I'll add my voice to a growing crowd. The latest AOL version is a leap backward. I can't get my "Old Mail" folder to show, and I use that every day. The navigation around the home sight is clunky.
    Please let us know how to roll back to the older version.

    there is no way to customize the new version of aol email. miss the reading pane.
