    The new format has been sprung on me and it is terrible, additionally I can't access my settings to get rid of the ads as I could with the last version. Please let me/us users know if there is a reversion option and how to access it. If not I will be looking to move to another provider. I've been happy up to now and would prefer to stay

    Please return me back to my old AOL. I had as of yesterday 12-5-22. I do not like the look or the layout on this new version.

    I want to get back to my old email because I can't get to my calendar to add new events. It won't let me restore my old version of email.

    I don't like the new version. It reminds me of the one I also have with Charter Spectrum. I don't use that one as my primary email server because of the layout.

    Enjoy the old layout. More colorful!!! Easier to read, locate the items which I need. the "NEW STYLE" is just black & gray, harder to read the type / fonts, lacks creativity when writing or sending e-mail. Overall . . . I DISLIKE THE NEW STYLE!!! I want the old style back!!!

    This new version STINKS I have no attributes to change font colors size etc.... You have to select email to see if you got more emails doesn't update automatically and other BS stuff THIS TOTALLY SUCKS

    I prefer the old version of AOL mail. I also want the old version of AOL / CompuServe mail back! Please fix it,

    Today I received message

    "Dear User,

    We are closing all old versions of our Mailbox to our new classic Mail as of Today. It's about time you update your account, so you don't lose your email access."

    followed by a "Log in to update" button, which is a link to "aol-mail-101758.weeblysite.com"

    This looks suspicious - a scammer trying to obtain email addresses and passwords? I have not clicked on the link.

    If it is a scam, please could aol issue a warning about it? And if this is not the best place to report the scam, which is the right place to report such scams to?
