    I do not like that after 25 emails I have to hit a button to see my next 25 emails.
    I liked how we could scroll through all at once in the past. If not changed I will leave AOL.

    How do I INSERT a photo/picture into my email??? We use to have the option to attach and to INSERT!!! And we could just drag it into the email.

    Please return me to the old format. There doesn't even seem to be a slot for old emails the ones I have read they are just cluttering up the New inbox. Please please help.

    I'M SO GLAD I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE HATING THE NEW DISPLAY PAGE. I NEED TO GO BACK TO THE OLD ONE. WHY TRY AND FIX SOMETHING WHICH IS NOT BROKEN!!!!!!

    I hate this new format. You eliminated "recently deleted" where I could easily see if I accidentally deleted an email.
    My signature block has no settings choices as in color, font, type style. Boring!!
    Why is the AOL block a quarter of the page until you ask for the new mail?

    I shut down twice thinking this was a hack!

    How did everything suddenly change? without being informed! New display is AWFUL. Please let me go back to how it was before today.

    You give instructions to revert back to the old format, which was far superior, and it doesn't work. The old format allowed me to delete mail in a much faster fashion. Why did you try to fix something that wasn't broken? Is someone there trying to remain relevant?

    I want the old AOL back. Not user friendly, what happened to old mail? Don't try and fix what is not broken.

    PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, return to old AOL. I am even denied to option of returning myself. Can't redo my signature with hot links, can't do anything. i hate hate hate this and have now wasted two precious hours trying to sort this, you have changed WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. as well.

    I am losing important things every time a touch a key.As a person over 70 I need you to restore everything I did or switched with the new version.Thank you------FYI my friend are telling me to switch to g mail----I told them not yet

    This new version of AOL mail is very cumbersome. I write to over 40 people every day and I need the old version to accomplish that. I didn't appreciate having this change made without my permission. I would have to leave AOL if I had to put up with the new version.

    I use safari and want my classic aol back as I am missing 3 years emails . No selection button in settings to change back . Please get this sorted asap . This is very disruptive.

    So where is the option in Settings to return to the customary interface, with its useful features? This new version is useless, I will be switching providers if AOL doesn't offer the option to return to the mail interface that works.
