    I want to get the Classic Version AOL back. This new version is terrible, confusing and not user friendly at all. I thought gmail was bad, but this new AOL version is worse. Followed directions to get Classic Version back in settings, but no choices appeared as directions said. Was also limited in sending Bcc and a messed up contact list. Please get the old classic version back.

    Return me to the old version post haste. The new changes are absolutely HORRENDOUS and I will be moving all my emails over to gmail if the previous version is not returned immediately. I can't add images into the body of the emails, nothing links out to the shared links it needs to, there's no way to adjust text in an email, everything is cramped and works like a second rate version of a basic daily need in 2022. Absolutely unacceptable from AOL. Nothing is practical or useful and it's horrific. I'm so disappointed.

    I want the OLD AOL MAIL version back please!!!! This new version is not user friendly or practical at all!!!

    What is this? This new version is the worse Who thought this up? They must have been on a psycho trip. I don't know what is going on. RETURN, RETURN, RETURN TO PREVIOUS FORMAT

    The format of my AOL mail account was suddenly changed today, Oct 6, 2022. This is a very hard version to use. Most of my emails do not show up. When writing an email there is not way to customize the writing (can't make the letters larger and put in bold print, for example). Visually it is very difficult to use....does not seem intuitive. I called support and after being on hold for a long time, I was told I would have to pay to get someone to help me switch back. I don't understand why you did this. I hope you provide better service to your customers regarding this issue. Please help me get back to the former version, PLEASE!!!!

    This feels like you're actively trying to push away your few remaining email customers... Things that I used to be able to do to clear and organize my email in one or two steps (like selecting 10's of emails and moving them into a folder in one swoop) now take multiple steps (repeating each action, page by page, having the extra step of hitting the "apply" button at each turn, not being able to use the shift key to select a large number of consecutive emails...) WTF, AOL?? If the goal was adding friction and annoyance to what is already a task that EVERYONE wants to streamline, then take a bow, you couldn't have done a better job.

    I felt months ago that I didn't like the new version of AOL mail, and I am truly disturbed that
    you automatically changed my husband's and my format to the new version as of today, 10/06/22.
    I also resent any ads - i.e. Capital One. Please stop this!!

    I can't say I appreciate an entirely new reformatting of my mailbox with zero warning and not even a walkthrough of navigational changes. It also appears that all the mail I have deleted in the past is now BACK. What did you guys do? And why? This is most unnerving. I'm very upset.

    When I go to my contacts I can't pull up my special groups. I only get a couple of names. Also, I don't see some of the emails I still have to refer to.

    In the new AOL I do not see any column for old mail. I have mail there I refer to and need to see it. Thank you.

    I do not like the new version of AOL mail. And I do not see a way to get back to the old version.

    Please give me the option to change back to the old version.

    I don't resonate with the new version of AOL mail. Please return me to the old version instead. I prefer the old version. It is a much better version and user friendly. Please give us the option to change back to the old format if we choose.

    What happened? Where is my setting for a preview pane at the bottom? This looks antiquated compared to the last version. I only like that I again have access to finding starred emails again which had disappeared on my last version (or I just couldn't find it!)

    Return the old version of AOL MAIL. It is much better than this version. Don't chase away customers and those who have had AOL Accounts for a long time. I love AOL. Bring back the old format and the old logo please. I do not like this version because it is awful. It is the worst I have ever seen. Please give us an option to change back to the old format, so we can use it happily. As well, return the old logo of AOL. That was much better too.

    This new mail version is worse than the old format. Please give us an option to change back to the old format.

    New format is unbearable. Less options than before is not an improvement. I can't distinguish old mail from new, I can't delete more than one unwanted message at a time. This is as frustrating as it is insulting to use. Please provide an option to return to the previous format.
