Please change back to old format for my e-mail. I do not like this new

format. I am a senior I can not see small print or small screens.

    I would like you to return the old e-mail set-up to what it was before 31 May. I now have no font controls (Bold, Italics, Underline, colour etc. etc) in the Compose window and the whole of the e-mail window set-up is horrendous. Now Yahoo have got control of my aol account, everything has to change for the worse. WHY change everything when it was working perfectly before!!!!! Presumeably this is some office-based employee seeking to make a name for themselves.
    This is not an idea but a critical request to do as your customer asks rather than what some administrator requires.
    If this is not returned to normality forthwith, I shall certainly NOT be using the AOL e-mail again.

    I have been with AOL since Steve Case owned it. What on earth did your resident geniuses think when they decided to "improve" the perfectly working "old" version. The ability, for instance, to drag and drop email (one or many) from the inbox to the desired file is gone and the same action now takes three separate actions. Swell. It appears that most, if not all, feedback is pretty clear that the whiz kids really missed on this one. How about restoring access to the old version - as it was, not as a hybrid of "new" features kind of looking like the old version. Guess I (and it seems a great many email colleagues) will be dusting off gmail or another more user friendly application if, as it seems, you will ignore the feedback you have on this matter.     so the NEW AOL MAIL still continues to be very inferior compared to the old classic mail. As you delete junk mail the whole page jumps to a different position so you have to find your place to delete the junk and it doesn't have the old option of move to spam so I'll get the same junk mails again, really BAD JOB AOL, bring back the old AOL MAIL!!!!!!!

    return the old classic AOL MAIL with the old features because the new one sucks!! It won't show contacts when forwarding an email until I go to a different page and then still won't insert the contact to forward to!!! WTF???

    I hate this new format! Please bring it back to the old style asap - this is very confusing and lacks all the versatility of the last format.

    "Fixes" are NOT UNDERSTANDABLE.

    The format given to me mid-May, 2023 does not allow any formatting in Compose. This is a huge negative for this new mail. Why does AOL think its users no longer need control on formatting?

    No underlining.
    No choice of font.
    No bolding.
    No choice of type size.
    No choice for colored text.
    No choice for colored background
    No auto-line to separate portions of an email..

    I agree with everyone that this new format is horrible. Who in the **** made the decision to execute these changes. I can only think you want users to leave. How can basic functions be gone?

    BRING BACK THE OLD AOL MAIL SYSTEM THAT I HAD AND ENJOYED FOR

    I woke up to an email mess and when I opted to go back to the old format it went to some other trash that isn't even close. Have you bothered to check your demographics? I would bet there is a majority of people 55+ if not even older. I have vision issues and when I tried to go back to the previous format it isn't anything close to the previous format. We don't need a thousand different color schemes and a bunch of other ****. Did you hire a bunch of 12 year olds that can't leave well enough alone? Ridiculous.
