chang back to old format
Please change back to old format for my e-mail. I do not like this new
format. I am a senior I can not see small print or small screens.

I have complained and will also be giving up Talk Talk. The response I have had from AOL Mail is that there is not an option to change back. The fact that when you want to compose an email you are no longer able to change font sizes or styles or type in bold or Italic and change background and text colour, is a huge step backwards just like the people who designed the new version. I've also written feedback on Trustpilot but it appears no one else has about this issue. I think it is worth people doing this as well as leaving AOL mail and like me, Talk Talk, if you are with them as they took over AOL.

New format was made by an idiot fresh out of college trying to make a name for himself. He has just Butt-Wiper'd yall to doom before he moves on to wreck the next company.

They deleted all my drafts. I had 20 years of important records stored there. You better be glad I didn't start my poetry book there!!!!!!!!

Why the **** did you tamper with something no one was complaining about? -

Please change back to the old format. I want to add attachments in groups not be forced to add one at a time. I cannot read the print. I cannot find or use the spell check. It looks awful.

PLEASE give me my Classic AOL back P L E A S E!!! I have called the "HELP" line and was told that they can only give me the new AOL from now on. To put it succinctly....I HATE THE NEW AOL. I want my CLASSIC AOL back! ( I wanted to make that bold but there is no icon to do that). I want to change size and font readily but there is no icon for that either. I want to add an emogi......where do I get that? I want to be able to put in my backgrounds for birthdays, special occasions etc. Where???
Time to leave AOL.
P.S. Most of your AOL users are senior citizens and have had AOL since the 90's. All I've spoken with also hate this new Aol. Why, may I ask are you foisting it on us? I'm guessing that all the techies working there are young and think this is more efficient (it's not) or sleeker or whatever. Please cater to those who have been with you for decades.

I viewed over 100 of the highest ranked comments; over 80% are critical of the new format and the inability to return to the old format. I concur -- I am also unhappy with the new format. Good leaders would have ensured extensive beta testing of the new format and provided a detailed explanation of the results and the logic for the rather extensive changes that you made. I will join the crowd and find another service. I'm sure only you will know how advertisers react to exodus.

Distressed about the changes, not seeing anything positive about it. For example, signature line offers no variety in size or color for your name, company, etc. No choice of color or font size and no emojis. I could go on... Please allow us to have an option for the formats.
