stop limiting the searched emails to a few
I just want to say that BEFORE the new change I could access a file........say American Express emails........ and by scrolling down I could go back as far as they were on my system. NOW the system goes back xxxx number and then I have to hit the > to get MORE of the SAME file. WHY WHY WHY??? It is just more steps and a complete waste of time

Searching emails has been changed and when I find them, it doesn't say what folder they are in?
What and Why were they allowed to do this? -

Lawrence, Customer Service now says I can change ANYTHING so I can't to INTERFACE. This is so screwed up.

At least you can hit more. I can't even access the mail as well as in my folders. Everything just stops with 'no option.'

Be sure you are in the full AOL interface, NOT THE BASIC. Then you have full scrolling and full search results. BASIC only presents by page, a total annoyance.
