How can we improve AOL Mail?

Bring back true original AOL mail.

It changed automatically to new format. At that time I found a way to reset to "old format". Only it's really not the old format. It is really hard to navigate and there is no option that I can find to change anything. Thinking of switching all my email to xfinity comcast. This is very sad.

    AOL sucks. Still have not returned us to our ORIGINAL email. I now have to transfer and change all my email communications to another email ...I HATE AOL.
    They have shown not to care.

    Go back to the old style. When I rebooted my computer, I was defaulted to the new style. I then (manually) went back to the old style, but that is no longer the same. I cannot now customize my signature or any of my fonts, etc and the inbox is hard to look at. The original style was GREAT. The new style and the (now new) old style are terrible. Go back to the original email style. I have avoided all other email providers because AOL was so much more customizable and easily readable. It is now just like all the other text editor based providers. In short, it, too, now sucks.

    I'll add my voice to the many others here -- the new format is horrible and I want my old format back. All mail looks "new" -- you can't tell the difference between what is actually new and what you have kept as new. Every heading is in bold type. It is impossible to go back to the old version. Even when you change settings, the new version is still there. Why even offer the option if it doesn't work? And the first "new" mail is an ad that you can't get rid of?! I don't like having to hunt through every line to see what is a new mail, what I have saved, and what is an ad. Guess that ad blocker I'm using is worthless here. Why, AOL, why??

    Give me back the old platform, I even tried to go back and its not the same I HATE this format, let us change it back!!!

    NEW FORMAT SUCKS!!! I have been an AOL user since it started in the days of dial up modems. I am going to finally abandon AOL due to the absolutely STUPID changes that came out and the inability to opt back to the old format - which worked FINE. I spend DOUBLE the amount of time trying to be productive with this BS format. New mail NEEDS TO GO TO OLD MAIL after it is opened. Why do I have to flip back and forth through pages now instead of going through my email and have them come up as I delete or open them? What IT Nerd with ZERO actual USER experience decided this was an improvement and HOW did it get through the process team like this??? This new format just ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!!!! Somebody needs to loose their job for ever thinking this was some sort of improvement!!!!!!

    Is there ONE comment from anyone who likes this new format? OMG, just give us the option to go back to classic! This is HORRIBLE - what idiot designed this?

    When I click on New Folder it displays all of my original folders. Please stop messing around with the old format. It worked.

    why have you taken away the ability to use email effectively? i cant open an email and lower it or minimize as i need to read and lower and drag and drop from an email???? why have you jeks forced this on everyone, when you have tried this before and everyone has said ITS AWFUL. IT CANT EVEN BE USED EXCEPT FOR THE MOST BASIC TO SEND AN EMAIL WITH NO SPELL CK OR OPTIONS TO PERSONALIZE????? IS THIS FROM THE GUY FROM TIME WARNER FROM CNN THAT DOESNT KNOW WHAT HES DOING? DOES HE JUST WANT TO PROVE HOW HE HAS NO CLUE ABOUT HOW TO RUN ANYTHING EXCEPT HOW TO RUN EVERYTHING INTO THE GROUND!!!!
