How can we improve AOL Mail?

Bring back true original AOL mail.

It changed automatically to new format. At that time I found a way to reset to "old format". Only it's really not the old format. It is really hard to navigate and there is no option that I can find to change anything. Thinking of switching all my email to xfinity comcast. This is very sad.

New AOL Mail is all about efficiency and performance. The new look will allow you to enjoy a less cluttered interface, improved stability, and more responsiveness. Most features you know and love from Classic AOL Mail are present and we're adding more as we go!

    I HATE IT!! ALL mail smashed together and no new windows to read or write, garbage! Give the old format back! This is NOT improving, it's a horrible mess.

    I have been using AOL email for more than 20 years but today June 13, 2023 is the day I resign. AOL has changed its mail setting and it won't allow me to use the old settings. For example the new settings do not allow me to use Arial font or font size by number and it does not allow me to include personalized emails in color with links to my email or websites. Guess who allows that? Your competition!!!!

    I cannot use this new email format to do my work from home. The typeface, format, color, font, and added "features are horrible. It hurts my eyes and slows me down. I work on a deadline. Please give me back the old format so I can earn my living.

    The only reason I stuck with AOL for email is because it DIDN'T look like gmail, had easier navigation and more usable features. It's clear that you're trying to look like your competitor, but you did a really bad job of it. You took away the good parts of AOL Mail and added in the things I don't like about gmail - emails opening in a separate tab rather than a new window, a huge menu on the left hand side of the page that is unnecessary and takes up way too much room, limited number of emails showing on the main page, and so much more! You even switched your flag for important emails to a "star" - couldn't be clearer that you're trying to copy Google. I guess it's time to complete the switch after all. Bye bye AOL!

    When I opened an email and deieted it using the Classic AOL mail, it would open the next email and not go back to the list. The new AOL email returns to the list after deletion which is very inefficient. Please restore the old behavior.

    I don't like the new format with all the extra colors and the search bar moved and replaced with Compose. This format makes it harder to sort my emails by sender and date.

    printouts of emails are truncated on the right.

    I guess the people who ask us to give advice on how to improve the format don't look at the 114 negative reply's are looking for someone to say it is great. I wouldn't count on that. It still DOESN"T WORK so here is the 115th negative reply. CHANGE BACK. I guess now is the time for those who don't like it can go the GMAIL. AT least they listen to you.

    I only want my new emails and my 'saved as new' emails in my inbox. What have you done? You've ruined AOL for all of your loyal, long-time customers. Offer the option to use the original version that we've been accustomed to. Please.

    Don't care for the new layout of the "old AOL Mail. Can no longer scroll to see all outstanding mail. Please provide this same capability.

    bring back the old format for those of us that can't use the new. I said switch back and it didn't do anything. No warning no choice. THIS SUCKS !

    this new platform is terrible. I have a whole bunch of emails that I keep and they are all missing now. I had important information on them and they are gone.

    Why did yuu get rid of the old mail folder. Sometimes I read emails but need them for later so I leave them as read so I can go back to them later . Now they are all in my inbox are mixed up with upread emails. This is not user friendly at all!
