How can we improve AOL Mail?

Bring back true original AOL mail.

It changed automatically to new format. At that time I found a way to reset to "old format". Only it's really not the old format. It is really hard to navigate and there is no option that I can find to change anything. Thinking of switching all my email to xfinity comcast. This is very sad.

New AOL Mail is all about efficiency and performance. The new look will allow you to enjoy a less cluttered interface, improved stability, and more responsiveness. Most features you know and love from Classic AOL Mail are present and we're adding more as we go!

    This new look is awful. I can't customize the columns are the colors. It is not very user friendly and very basic and boring to look at. This is like email from 25 years ago.

    AOL is hoping after a few days/weeks we'll get used to this awful substitution being forced upon AOL's loyal customers and stop complaining. I think only with an incessant bombardment of complaints we may be able to evoke change and get rid of this worthless format.

    Display incoming notes display the exact email address and NOT the Name. Name can phony...

    The top of AOL mail page has changed. Instead of "options" by my name I now only have Account Info pulldown. I cant change to old new mail option in basic classice AOL.

    The reason I used AOL is because it was different than others.Please return to the old format, for crying out loud. If we wanted to use Google, we'd be doing that!

    WHY DID YOU GUYS HAVE TO CHANGE THIS EMAIL? IT WAS PERFECT THE WAY IT WAS. NOW EVERYTHING ABOUT IT SUCKS AND EVEN WORSE THAT YAHOO MAIL !!! COPY AND PAST DOESNT KEEP THE FORMAT EVEN IF YOU CLICK ON IT WHEN THE RT CLICK MENU COMES UP... I HOPE AOL GOES OUT OF BUISENESS FOR DOING THIS AND GIVE ME A WAY TO SEND ADULT ANIMATION ADS TO THE SPAM IN MY EMAIL!!! HOW DARE YOU THINK YOU CAN SEND ME **** I HAVE NO WAY TO GET RID OF!
