Over 20 years a user and I'll be looking for a new provider. This is terrible. Mixing old mail with new mail instead of just a new mail inbox.
No scrolling list. I have to click page after page. just go back. This sucks like the recent graduate engineers who designed it. Keep it simple, if it isn't broken don't fix it. Go back.

Hi there. Please make sure you're not using the basic version of AOL Mail, this version has limited options/features. For the new AOL Mail version, you should see the link to switch at the top right corner of your page, under the Sign out button.
