Forwarding with photos
The Forwarding function has been diminished. WHO DESIGNED THIS??
Frustrating on many issues....
Steps: I attach a photo to an email and send it to one recipient. Later, I want to send same photo to a new recipient. So I pull up the original email I sent and put in a new email address. I then edit the message to personalize it. WHEN I EDIT, the text remains (which I can edit) but the photo is gone. I have to AGAIN attach the photo.
Attaching photos is no longer simple. It is multi-step. Select, press attach and - BIG PROBLEM - one at a time.
No captions can be typed above or below the attached photos.
SOLUTION: Bring back the original AOL where we had choice to attach or insert. Permit us to select more than one photo at a time instead of one at a time. Permit us to type captions above or below a photo.
