Unable to Access New Email in Inbox
Dear AOL
For 2 days now I have been unable to access my New Emails in my Inbox on Standard viewing. No matter how much I tried it has been useless. All what I get is a blank page with endless loading in the middle of the blank page.
I went on line and found out that as at yesterday, AOL had an Outage affecting certain Post codes and the problem had been resolved. My Post Code: SW9 8FE was not involved. Then why am I unable to access my email?
Since the new changes to AOL, there have been problems customers are experiencing as evidence on the Internet shows. Even trying to get in touch with AOL either by phone has been a very difficult. AOL's has no contact number and also getting to this page by going to the help site found me being sent around to constantly sign in and coming back to square one, indeed a merry go round.
In connection with this matter I cleared out my browser cache, uninstalled antivirus and Adblock Plus, carried out system restore yet still I could not access my New Email. The instructions given on the site are either inadequate or wrong.
It is my sincere hope that AOL is able to sort out this matter quickly for me to read my New Email. Or just as others have suggested, AOL should return us to the old features while they work on the new.
