Go bacl to old format
I have been periodically getting a random pop up asking me if I want to delete 10,000 emails. I am usually very careful to select "no" however tonight I accidently hit yes- poof- everything from 2022 and 2023 gone. Not in trash folder and "recently deleted" folder no longer exists. I had to join premier at my expense to talk to someone to get my emails restored. I dont know why I get this pop up and I asked that it be removed and was told it could not be removed. I shoud not have to pay to have my emails restored but I did because I need them. This is wrong. why do they have this pop up, so they can charge us to restore our emails??. Just glad to have them back but very upset by this turn of events. I would love ot go back to old format. If sol continues with this format or I get this pop up again, I am going to switch to another email. Sad- Ive been with aol since the beginning. I did have a very helpful customer service person tonight who helped me get my emails back

Also I asked that if the annoying pop up asking me about deleting 10,000 emails could be removed and I was told "no". I received another one of these last night.
