How can we improve AOL Mail?

My incoming mail is coming to the trash file. This has been true for several months. I kept thinking it would correct itself but has not.

What do I do?

    WHATS UP WITH AUTODELETING MY TRASH AND SPAM FOLDER????? SOME THINGS WENT THERE BY ACCIDENT... I DONT APPRECIATE YOUR NEED TO HAVE FULL CONTROL OVER MY EMAILS

    Hard to understand and sometimes emails at automatically deleted.
