Communicate. I have had problems with mail not being delivered from time to time. None of the suggestions in your help articles help. Tell me what the problem is, and I'll fix it, but don't leave me guessing, agonizing over missing mail, trying out different useless things... I have also lost access to an account. I use a local client, not webmail, most of the time. If you have a requirement for people to log in via the web occasionally, tell us that, and tell us how often we have to do it to maintain our accounts. Stop gaslighting us, implying we're doing something wrong, when if you would only tell us what's needed, we could take care of it.
