  1. new interface less convenient! it does not automatically delete emails on my computer

    The new interface is causing me more inconvenience! I don't like it. For instance... When I delete an email on my phone it does not automatically and instantly delete that same email on my computer like the old interface did. Now I have to sign-off and sign back on my computer to delete an email. Please bring that feature back!

  4. change my entry format...put date of entry back in, etc. I don't have a smart phone!!!

    You changed your format, and I'm not sure I like the choice I made, so can I try the other format? I think I made the wrong choice. I want a date in front of the entry, get rid of the box at the beginning of an entry...
    You gave two choice, and I believe I chose the wrong one. Please change me to the other one.

    Several people told me they sent emails, my family included, and they've never shown up! I check my spam every time I check my email and they aren't there, they've just disappeared!

  8. i really need a new email carrier - I am sending documents to myself and I can't open them other people are sending me documents and i can't

  9. Email synch to other devices

    I have to delete emails in several different places now. i used to be able to delete in one place which would delete it on all devices, but now I have to delete it every place I can view the emails. this has been a REAL PAIN!!!! I see you want to start charging me for premium services, but I can't get a reponse from you at all AOL, so why bother?

  10. "Your mail is temperoraily unavailable" A LOT!

    Ever since this new mail rollout, I've seen more and more of your "Your mail is temporarily unavailable." page. It's getting to the point where this is almost a daily occurrence--and I have no problem connecting to other site when it happens.

  11. Page not available The requested page is not available on Mail. Learn more Go to Inbo

    Everytime I try to login to my emaill I get this. I then click on blue box that says "Go to Inbox" then I can access my email. This is stupid aol!!!!!

  12. There are so many problems with your redesigned aol. Where to start? Attachments don't open. When composing an email, many problems. good

    Go bank to the way mail was organized. work it out, or I must finally abandoned AOL which up to now I have loved.

  16. Contact list additions

    I am able to add new individual contacts but can't add these to various lists. When I try to add an existing contact to a specific list the Save icon does not light up and I'm unable to do so. However the Delete icon does light up !

  18. I don't know what we just did, nor how to follow it...I'm just following instructions

    PLEASE...return to the classic version. Many of us just use this as a back up phone. I don't even have it turned on every day. I just followed instructions. Remember when you're over 80, some of this stuff just doesn't make sense to us.
