the new version SUCKS ...it lost numerous group email lists , and I have problems even finding some existion list
IT SUCKS , the engineers that did this should be fired IMMEDIATELY , it is totally bad , loosing group remails , etc ,,,only showing a few of my sent emails per month ,

GIVE THE OPTION OF USING STANDARD EMAIL! THE OLD FORMAT!!
This new version does not sync across different devices, I am constantly deleting email that I have either already read or deleted on another device or browser for that matter. FIX THE PROBLEM NOW! I DONT HAVE THE TIME OR PATIENCE FOR THIS! ESPECIALLY FOR A SERVICE THAT I AM PAYING FOR!!

Go back to your prior Email platform
The latest AOL Email platform doesn't function properly at all. When I access from my phone, or my tablet, or from my desktop, the email I previously read or moved is not where it should be. The functionality is flawed beyond belief. How can such a big company make such a monumental fail with the changes to the email? It appears AOL wants users to abandon their email segment in favor of simply being a propaganda platform.

I hate this platform, NOTHING searches, In the old platform I could find anything but this one, I find NOTHING. IT IS HORRIBLE. Plus it is

Please go back to the old email
I'm having to delete email multiple times, and email I have opened are still showing as "new." There is nothing good about the new AOL Mail. Please give us the option to revert to the old version. You have successfully created "New Coke" when NO ONE was asking for it. Please, give us "Classic Coke" (and Classic AOL Mail) back.

You screwed up the address list
Your new system is horrendous. Not only is it impossible to find email addresses in the contacts, but when we attempt to write contacts in the To: or CC: areas,we KNOW are in are contact list only 4 show up. In the old version they ALLL showed up and we could choose them. Now WE HAVE TO COPY FROM A WHOLE OTHER EMAIL SYSTEM!!!! This makes writing on AOL a pain **********.
It is NOT "improved". Are you trying to get everyone to sign up for a whole different email system? If so, you are succeeding wildly by making this…

aol mail does not work since the update. I cannot read most of them because there are questions marks instead of text.

Never had this happen with the old email
Problem Twice names were removed from our contact list&

No synchronization between iPhone mail and webpage mail
When I read, delete or respond to an email from my iPhone (not AOL app), it doesn't update on the web mail page so I have to process each email twice - once on iPhone and once on web mail page. How can I get them syncronized?

What happened to all of the mail in my inbox?
My inbox is only showing 185 emails and only going back to December 10. Today is December 11. There had been over 1000 emails. Where are they?

Stop the auto movement to old mail
The mail in my mailbox disappears when I exit AOL. I then fine it in old email even though I have marked it as New Mail.
