  1. Hacker took over my email

    My email stmmrv@verizon.net has been Hacked, and the Hacker took over my email and Amazon/KDP Accts.
    Amazon notified me last week--I must close/abandon this email at AOL.com. Also, I couldn't sign in to this Acct. because I could get Code in my cell phone--text or WhatsApp, or phone call: finally, AOL code came in via another email address @outlook.com
    This is a serious matter--I need to discuss with AOL support and get this Fixed.

    I HAVE THE IMPRESSION THAT AOL IS DOING ALL THIS ON PURPOSE TO HAVE THE PEOPLE PAY FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT- THIS SHOULD BE PROHIBITED- A9OL IS AN EMAIL SERVICE AND NOW IT IT HARNMI9NG ITS USERS TOY8ING WITH THE SERVICE, TECHNICAL PROBLEMS AND MORE- ALWAYS HAD TECHNICAL SUPPORT, NEVER AWESOME BUT AT LEAST THEY USED TO FIX BAD THINGS- NOT ANYMORE- AOL WENT TO THE DOGS

  3. Emails take forever to open up.

    AOL mail takes forever to open up the email..Maybe need to work on that..Also the mobile version on some of the emails you need to put your phone in landscape mode just to be able to see the enitre email..

    AOL Mail Support's recent reply requesting a Direct Message via X.com requires login in or creating an account on X.com. As this is not a process used, it is not possible to communicate outside of the AOL com domain. Please advise.

  7. Saved email delete body of message before sending.

    When saving emails to edit later (minutes), the body of the saved email is deleted by the system, but still sends the blank email to recipients on the list. Attempting to resend that email with the body of the message in place, is blocked by AOL Mail's limits that prevent sending emails to multiple recipients within an hour after having already sent one; blank messages, notwithstanding.

  11. Using Compuserve thru Aol, times out 2 days a week!

    Using Compuserve thru Aol, times out 2 days a week! Using Firefox (64bit). Two days each week, I seem to get pop.aol Timing out on getting New messages from Compuserve, down to Firefox. After 2 days, I end up getting 200+ e-mails coming down.
    I can STILL see and read and compose messages, going Direct to mail.aol.com (compuserve) cloud, or on my Android smart phone.
    So, it seems to be a problem ONLY with Firefox. This has been for almost a YEAR!!! Been "living" with it. Can't find ANY settings that seems to be causing this (Aol or Firefox).

    Despite having two step verification turned off I am blighted by it signing in. STOP.
    I do not want it NOW or in the future.
    Also please look at the accessibility impact in this intrusion. Two step is not for everyone and I do not want it

  15. When I try to sign on to AOL mail, I can get a phone call with the code in seconds. But I have to ask over and over for a text message

    Why do I have to request a text message over and over and over again to get a code. Phone call works but sometimes I don't want the phone to ring it wakes people sleeping.

  16. What the heck is going on now?

    Your e-mail is not working again. We cannot search mail to find older e-mails. There is only about a month or two of e-mails available unless they are in a mail folder. What the heck is going on? I have complained about this kind of issue in the past along with many other issues that I and many others have with your e-mail system. Listen to your customers and fix the darn e-mail system to something that is valued. What you have n ow has limited value.
