Favorite folder
Lost folders on favorites shortcut for chrome web browser. Tried adding folder and said it was alreay there. When the folder showed up it was empty. In incognito mode the folder showed up and contained the desired sites. The tech tried various options but was not successful Tried a new browser,safari, and the missing folder was there .

Not receiving emails from which are not added in my contacts
Hi,
I am not receiving any emails from the email ids which are not added in my contacts. I do get some which are ads or commercials, but I don't really get the ones from actual people who is trying to reach out. Stopping new emails from going to trash; don't see filters to stop this.
Fix permanent setting so this will not happen. Think Scammers must have done this.

My mail is not working? I try to move email and the inbox says it was moved but the mail stays in inbox?
If I delete email then go to deleted mail then open it.. then I can move email to wherever I want it to go?

This comes up every time I log into my email and log back out again.
It does not stop anything, but it does come up every time.
Only AOL does this, not other sites, just AOL Mail.
As for my proxy settings, my ISP handles those on their side of the router.

You made a mistake and deleted all of my emails. I accessed my account in December 2025 as shown by my browser history. You screwed up.

Possibility to gain access to emailaccount even if the verification options are not vaild!
It is outrages not to get acces to the emailaccount because of this verification nonsense if the options are not valid just because one has forgotten to renew the phonenumber or another emailaccount!!! Give us another option to get access to the account again!

Can't see Old mail / All Mail folders
After IMAP re-authentication with Outlook, my AOL account shows Inbox as Unread only. Old mail / All mail folders are missing and cannot be accessed, even via direct URL. How Can I do for it?

No point in sending "Please log into this account so you don't lose it." - if I logged in, I wouldn't need the notification!!! In the past week I have not received security codes on the first send
I have had to wait a minute and then request a resend -- at which time I receive the code. Minute wait to signon to email is very annoying.

The Sent Mails from August- December 4 morning are Missing
We tried to recover the account by resetting the mail settings and still the sent mails from August- December 4 morning was missing.
Sent e-mails have disappeared from my "Sent" folder without me having deleted any of them.
