  2. mailing lists

    I have a contacts list. I wish to add a contact to my mailing list. I open the edit window and where it says ' add contact' I type 'w' and get 4 names in the list. I have 28 names beginning with 'w' and cannot scroll thought the list as I am presented with just 4 names in the list. if I continue to type in the name I want the list disappears. How do I enter a new contact in the contacts mailing list when AOL does not display all the names in the contact list??? It seems…

  4. change two factor authentication defaults

    You need to allow users to choose the default two factor authentication method. You default to an alternate email and it works out better, at least for me, to have it text my phone. I can't find a setting to change the default.

  5. Fix whatever is screwing up font sizes in our emails.

    Some of us are professionals. The new AOL makes us look like idiots by changing the type / font sizes randomly in our emails.

    Looks fine when typing, but if I look at "sent" mail or a reply, it's some text is tiny, some correctly 12 pt.

  8. can't sort sender in descending order

    While I can sort by sender I can no longer toggle between ascending and descending. I have too many emails to try to retrieve all of them to get to the senders whose email addresses are late in the alphabet.

  9. Font size in Signature Line and Body of email don't match

    The signature font and the body font don't match. I've tried all fonts and sizes and they come out the same. Please fix ASAP.

  10. Paying for a problem that AOL created.

    What a disgrace, having to pay to get a problem fixed that is something that has happened since you changed the email... You want me to pay for something that is your fault. I don't think so. POS RIP-OFFS

  12. Error request: Outlook invitation file is transferred without file attribute

    Fehlermeldung - Outlook-.ics-Datei kommt ohne Dateiattribut an!

    Guten Morgen, In der vergangenen Woche erhielt ich eine E-Mail, schien eine Einladung zu sein. Der Anhang ließ sich nicht öffnen. Die Absenderin teilte mir mit, es sein eine "Outlook-Einladung". Mit diesem Wissen benannte ich die Datei "Untitled" um in "Untitled.ics" und konnte den Termin übernehmen. Mit einem anderen Absender aus einer ganz anderen Organisation testete ich den Fehler heute nochmals. Es war das gleiche Ergebnis. "AOL" entfernt im Anhang ".ics". Ich bitte um technische Korrektur.

    Ich kann nicht sagen ob dies neu ist, bisher bekam ich keine Outlook-Einladungen an die AOL-Adresse

  13. CANNOT SEE MY EMAIL

    When I am using the new email standard, I cannot see my email in any folder. When I switch to the other email I cannot see any of my contacts. This **** is getting crazy. I wish I wasn't using this email for so many other accounts. I would go to another website in a heart beat.

  15. I don't understand what happened to Aol but when I have a few emails in my inbox and check one to delete, it deletes all of them. Annoying!

    I'm going to have to change servers....this is RIDICULOUS!!!
    When I try to delete only one email or maybe two or more from my inbox, everything in the inbox is deleted. Sooooo ANNOYING!!!!

  16. login asks for MORE verifications. Can't get into either of my (2) Netscape.net accounts

    login asks for MORE verification's...hey, what if I DON'T own a cell phone AND I DON'T have ANYMORE email verification's (on top of the one you already show). How the ____ am I supposed to get into my email account? Sorry if I like my email easy...but are you trying to get RID of your core users? Tell me, I'll just go away somewhere else that isn't asking me to TRIPLE verify my entry.

  17. SENDING AND RECEIVING MAIL

    Apologies - this is not an idea, but feedback. From 12.11 on Thursday 19 Oct, I have been unable to receive or send emails to anyone at sureskills.com even though I have been doing so regularly for over eleven years. I would like this urgent advice on this please. I have been running checks etc all day today without success.

  18. New Mail is the WORST

    Folks, the new mail is a disaster. I am missing messages that I cannot retrieve - can't even locate. Can't scroll worth a rip. Considering leaving AOL after well over 20 years and starting all over. The new mail is the worst.
