I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

    I can't figure out anything on your new aol site. I want to leave aol but I'm too busy at the time. My gmail account is SO MUCH EASIER to use. For example, would someone please tell me why, when I click on "settings" and then "more settings" NOTHING shows up?!!

    Have been paying for AOL since 1990s, product getting worse. Workspace very small now with ads taking up 1/2 my screen, and cant minimize the ads unless pay an EXTRA $5 month. Will be cancelling and going back to free AOL, since this is what it is worth now to me..

    So many people want their old (classic) AOL back. I do not like the new format with the attachments at the bottom. It is confusing to recipients (and to the senders, too)! I have to make sure that I tell recipients to look at the bottom of the messages for the attachments, and it also makes it very confusing when multiple senders have attached items in the message--they have to go to the bottom of all of the messages to find the latest attachment I added. Also, I miss the font, size, and color choices we had for the messages. Very limiting. Also, once when I signed in, I was missing 100 messages (really!) I had to pay for an account so that I could work with a tech person so my messages could be retrieved.

    When an email is sent to me, even an email from AOL with verification codes, it takes FOREVER to be received. I mean 10 minutes or more and the verification process expires. Your system SUCKS.
    I CANNOT SIGN IN.

    Not enough workspace Too much ad space on right side. If not corrected I too will be cancelling ,my account

    with all the junk emails please put the trash can left justified like it was so you can delete junk easily. The new format is based on the senders desires not YOUR users desires.

    At this point i have already started a gmail account and will be closing my aol account as a direct result of this change !

    Several of senders do not get through to my in-box???!!! The mails bouncing back to them. What is going on???

    When i select an email(ie. check the email box), then mark the email as Unread, the email remains selected/checked. If i select another email and do some action against the 2nd email, the action is applied to the 1st & 2nd email since i accidentally left the 1st email checked. Why not automatically uncheck/select the 1st email after an action is done against it?!

    It's the most user UNFRIENDLY program. Can't even easily add contacts to a distribution list.
