When I "move" an email to a folder, a copy stays in New Mail. If I delete the copy in New Mail it deletes it from the folder too! Please FIX THIS.

Takes hours to operate email to be sure no mail is lost in the shuffle

when I move mail from the new mail folder to the folder files the email says it has moved..

but the mail still stays in the new mail folder and will not leave the new mail folder?
If I close aol app and turn off phone then turn phone on the mail will leave new mail to file folder??
I can delete it but not move mail from new mail.

Why AOL, have you changed everything about how its appearance, font, and colour used to be? I cannot even access any colour. And why this deep purple Yahoo colour in our faces?. Send us back to classic and make this optional, if you so love it.

Very important to have the trash apple back and why did you’ll add the OLD EMAIL folder. Can you put everything back like it was?.

After the new update I can no longer use AOL mail as I have for the last 20 years - Go back Please!!! OtherwisenI will just have to find a different server. For example I cannot transfer a document into my email with the same font, format, spacing, and color. it does not accept any color. what is going on??????????

This is a critical update as the font size by default is too small.

In the AOL mail APP, there is no way to increase the font size in the emails I write. Please put that in the settings as an option. I searched and even called and the rep had to check with her supervisor to determine that there is no way to do so. It’s not comfortable to read such small font.

This has become a nightmare for me. The split screen is useless when I am trying to file my email. Please stop interferring with the drag and drop.

I want to see the entire body of my email that I am writing. The window for the writing is only about 2 inches and the window for the addresses is huge and unnecessary. I want to see what my email looks like as a whole not just four lines of my email. It is ridiculous that I cannot change this on my own and have to go to you to complain about it. What a dumb arrangement! Please change this so that the body of my email is the predominant space on my screen.
