I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

    I can’t increase the numbers if emails to remove, nothing that your bot suggests exists. I want the basic from before with the alphabetized emails.
    Why are you all so backwards. This is not progress this is sabotage

    Give me back my old set up so I can unload 100,000 emails. This is ridiculous. What is wrong with you people

    The Classic View so much better. It's a mare to find anything with the new layout and why the blue dots? Bold is enough to show unread and this is 2 years on from the change and still hate it.
    I have important stuff now, I need to see important emails easily and the page is so cluttered-cannot see anything. looks better if reduced to 50% then cannot read . Looks like a jumble sale.
    May need to consider Gmail as a better option

    Omg. What a mess this new thing is. It's very hard to navigate and if I wanted to know what was going on in the world, I will look on my own without all the news **** in my face. Simple is perfect. Please change back. I'm old and can't /don't want to have to learn new things.

    Change the AOP icon on my phone back the way ot was NOT the new dreadful yellow-orange color. IT MAKES ME WANT TO LEAVE AOL!

    Go back to classic. Have you actually tried to use the new email on an Android phone? Its horrible. Whoever designed it should be fired immediately.

    Guys, come on! You removed the *sort by subject* option once again? Is having different sorting options causing your servers to crash? Making the system unstable? If you're not going to have better spam controls, then *sort by subject* was the most efficient way for me to sort through my hundreds of spam e-mails. Could you guys just stop with all the tweaking that negatively affects your customers? It's enough.

    Is there a way to prevent the circular icons with colored initials in front of addressee's email addresses when preparing emails to be sent? The time it takes for all of these icons to render severely slows down the time it takes for email addresses to appear. This is especially undesirable when preparing emails for multiple recipients. Please advise. Thank you.

    This is so frustrating. It used to keep my place, if I clicked on a link in an email then came back to the email app, my place would be kept on that open email, just as I left it. Now when I do this and come back it completely closes and the email I had been viewing ends up in Old mail, and I have to find the right one again. I'm house hunting so, get a lot of email with multiple listings I want to view each one within an email.They all have the same subject, so it is so hard to find the one I wasn't finished with in old mail, after viewing each listing. Ridiculous! Please allow a setting to hold open the app where I left off when I navigate away and come back.

    please restore " subject" to alphabetize my emails in the draft section
