GO BACK TO CLASSIC EMAIL
I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

Have used AOL mail since the '90s. Since the makeover, I now have to use a different mail because AOL mail takes two hours to boot up. Can't deal w/that.

Stop with the arranging emails by dates. Not needed and is a pain.
Why can I not delete all Trash at once now??
Please put the "Search To and From" back and this time make sure it works!
Where is the write emails in a new window feature?
Show actual email addresses not names. No way to copy the address.
For the love of Pete your updates are a royal PAIN!
So many unneeded and useless changes. -

the bottom line is they dont care....the new wave of people in buisness are uneducated morons..who have zero customer service skills..this problem is not just with this issue it will be with alot of other issues as the new wave of morons entering the work force will know nothing about customer service stuff...they will sit there and get paid by other people who dont care either...this is the furutre coming...us old people are the last that know what it was like to really have professionalism in a position..it is gone...and was done on purpose...if you cant see iy you will feel it soon enough as we become a 3rd world country...

Stop removing functions!
First, you did away with sorting mail by senders. Now you've taken away the search function. I have used aol mail as my primary email since 1996. But every time you make a revision to the mail interface, you make it less usable. As much as I hate to, I'm about to throw in the towel and go to gmail. I have always hated the gmail interface, but at least they keep important functions available.
Have you you guys ever heard, "if it ain't broke... don't fix it"?
You should really heed that advice. You have taken a user friendly mail interface and turned it into garbage. -

I do believe that they're not responding because they think that the complaints will eventually stop. However, not responding is just making people more upset, and it's very unprofessional. I've already spoken to customer support and they think we will receive an answer, but they don't know when. I've tried looking for an email address for someone on the Executive Team, but have had no luck.

Again, again and again. There is always something about this new AOL email that makes me say what a POS. Have you all been fired and there is no one left to answer AOL product support feedback?

So, why can't AOL do us the courtesy of responding to our inquiries about returning to Classic mail? Why can't they at least tell us why AOL imposed this new format on everyone?

Hello? Any staff reading this?

Hi again, So here I am yet again asking you to simply change back ALL the email settings and organization back. The pure incompetence of the staff who developed and created this garbage screen organization needs to be fired. If someone at my place of employment did this, they would be fired for extreme incompetence and ignoring their decades old loyal clients. You do realize that some of us use this platform for BUSINESS communication. You have received over 10,000 and growing NEGATIVE feedback on the incompetent organization, pop ups and overall disaster of the surprised changes to the email organization. My God, this is so cluttered and everything is a complete disaster. Thank God, these changes do not affected doing business emails on my phone for ease of use. Working on my computer with your incompetent changes is a nightmare. Are you reading these? Or has your staff already been fired and that is why nothing has been done to change everything back to the way it was? Surely this is not difficult? You had all the organization format in place already from earlier this year. Change it back for Christ sake.

Why ask for feedback if you don't respond to it?

We all keep asking, and AOL doesn't do anything. I'm using another account for email now, tho I've been w/AOL since the '90s.

Have started using a different email. Evidently, AOL knows how to mess it up, but they don't know how to fix it.

Classic is better. The new is horrible and confusing. I don't understand why changes online are always for the worse.

I am losing important emails. I don't know where they go with the new, horrible AOL. I read them one minute, forget to have to click "Save as New," and they go into cyberspace. They are not in Old Mail or Spam. Please let ME choose where my new emails go, or keep them as new if I don't specify. The new format is inconvenient and potentially dangerous, since I have no idea where my received emails wind up.
