The forced implementation of the current sub standard email format is highly unprofessional, and your inability to respond to User complaints is very ignorant . How very sad that you haven't the moral fibre or courage to answer the User concerns and comments.

Why do you want to chase off Customers? Return to Classic Email. This new system is hard to navigate. It's horrible

Change the email settings back to the way it was in May 2023 and before that. This new "standard" is absolute garbage. Is anyone reading these? GIVE US THE OPTION TO KEEP ALL OUR SETTINGS THE WAY IT WAS IN MAY 2023 AND BEFORE THAT. IS ANYONE WORKING HERE?

Need classic email back ASAP PLEASE

The answer to an earlier question is that there was a thread with about 14,000 complaints which AOL removed. The 800+ in this thread are the ones added since the 14,000 were removed. AOL & Yahoo are simply trying to be GMail, but with more flaws, more stumbling blocks, losing all the unique customization, and with ads. They have elected to give up on all the nice things we liked about AOL because they feel they can attract some kids by imitating GMail. Except they can't. So they just end up disappointing their existing base.

Adapting to the new format has been a nightmare causing me to lose important emails, and spending a lot of wasted time looking for them. Much is counterintuitive and NOTHING is improved. I'm in the process of changing over to another email service. Sorry AOL! But soon it will be history for us. As if anyone listens or cares...

Hate this new email format and wish AOL would listen to the many complaints and switch back to the classic style.

You have not responded to the 20,000 emails in the past few months since you completely changed the email format and organization in May 2023 with no notice and no option for those of us loyal customers for decades to give any input. Change the email format back to the way it was. The organization, window size, useless dividers in the days of the week in the email, pop up windows, background options are horrible. Seriously, are any employees responding to customer feedback? Where are your employees? Has the person that implemented this garbage organization of email been fired? Are you short staffed? What is the issue?

the new version sucks! I also have had AOL since 1994, this new version is HORRIBLE

i check this once every other week and i wonder how many people have posted..my guess is over 10k...bottom line..they dont care what you think just like alot of things these days...the new wave has replaced the old wave and it is not the same anymore..they dont care what you think period...in fact they are probably checking every once in a while and laugh at how we think that they care...sad..truly sad...back in the day if a establishment had that attitude it would not be around very long..

1. Lack of formatting options (fonts, sizes)
2. Double spaces when pasting from Word (using Mac)
3. Name shows, not email address (prefer only email address)
4. Can’t click on name and have choice of email or add to contact
5. Search function: used to be able to narrow the search
6. Attachments at the bottom instead of the top (have to scroll all the way down to notice an attachment)
7. Incoming Text doesn’t wrap (extends beyond limits of screen)
8. Want to show CC and BCC all the time
