GO BACK TO CLASSIC EMAIL
I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

Isn't it about time someone from AOL could spend a few moments of their time to respond to the approximately 15,000 negative comments (14,000+ from the locked topic & 650+ on this one) regarding the downgrade of their email? Pretty poor show isn't it?
And it would be nice if it was something other than a standard fob off. -

I want the old email version back. too hard to find my contacts-or to get them up in the address line--it doesn't automatically go back to the top of the inbox list.....your top line ads are annoying and next to harassing---should a company not try to please its users vs themselves. this is absolutely horrible I hate it and have cut down my use.........trust me looking for another option--have been with aol since forever but i guess the time has come for me to take out the trash...........

AOL asked for feedback. We gave it. It's all negative. We do not want the new version. Please at least give us the option to return to the previous aol mail.

I have had my emails for over 20 years. All of a sudden they are billing me, which I never gave them my Amex Card, don't know how they got it, and every 1-800 number I call is overseas. And they ask me for my middle name, my last ss number. WHO THE **** ARE THEY? SHAME ON AOL/YAHOO for sourcing all work overseas. They all steal your identity. I don't trust these people and it really disturbs me and my friends that you cannot speak to an American. and to top everything off no one knows what I am talking about. SIMPLE.......I never paid for aol emails and now they want me to pay . No one answers my question because they don't know the answer . get your act together AOL/Yahoo....it is very disturbing. Still cannot speak to an American and still do not have an answer after 4 attempts. One more thing, I have to agree to voice recognition, whether I like it or not, to get signed in. I realize the world is Ai but half the world is against this system

We keep hearing you listen to the customers and even sent a survey. And? Nothing happens.

Here are 5 ideas to please your customers:
1) Go back to the original email format.
2) Go back to the original email format.
3) Go back to the original email format.
4) Go back to the original email format.Since AOL adopted the same brain-damaged email scheme as Yahoo and Google, I am using Mozilla Thunderbird and only come to AOL proper to keep complaining. I don't read your news or see your ads. Obviously AOL won't listen to their base.
Go back to the original email format. -

I do not like searching mail in your new system. Only looks up old mail & not both old & sent mail unless you type in the email address

I also have used AOL since 1995. This new change is confusing and causing me issues. I would like to return to classic aol email. It said I could change back but that is NOT true. I have tried.

Have we lost the ability to provide suggestions to reduce SPAM in our Spam folder - this forum seems restricted to comments on Classic Email. Many of us are still suffering with unnecessary Spam

If you make getting the old format an option I'll stay with AOL. If not, I'm looking for a new service.

Give me back the old email format. There is NOTHING about the new one that is an improvement.
