    Have used AOL mail since the '90s. Since the makeover, I now have to use a different mail because AOL mail takes two hours to boot up. Can't deal w/that.

    We all keep asking, and AOL doesn't do anything. I'm using another account for email now, tho I've been w/AOL since the '90s.

    Have started using a different email. Evidently, AOL knows how to mess it up, but they don't know how to fix it.

    AOL asked for feedback. We gave it. It's all negative. We do not want the new version. Please at least give us the option to return to the previous aol mail.

    AOL asks for feedback on the mail changes. All the feedback is negative, so why doesn't AOL return to the previous format?

    You can improve it by returning to the old one.

    No one wants the "new" AOL. We all want the old one back.

    No one likes the new, so back to the old. The only reason more don't complain is they can't find the feedback on the new format.

  16. Go back to the old format. This new one is not user friendly. AOL user are older citizens and we don’t need another new format to adapt to.
