GO BACK TO CLASSIC EMAIL
I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

Give me back the old email format. There is NOTHING about the new one that is an improvement.

Why ask for comments if you don't intend to do anything about this mess?

You really don't care about your customers at all do you? I hate this new email you've imposed on us. Everyone else commenting here hates it too. But you are ignoring all of us. It's really sad how little you care about your customers.

Downloading documents and photos is a real pain with the new AOL. I have to click on the attachment several times to download anything. Bring back Classic or stop pretending that you care about customer feedback!

Change it back. Hope you do not delete this message. What a disorganized mess you've created

Undo the change and reactivate the mail settings we have all used for 30 years. You have 15,000 comments and requests for this in 2 - 3 months and you are just sitting there doing nothing at all. Where is your professionalism? The forced change is completely unorganized, cluttered, cramped window and pop up windows that are completely unnecessary. The original settings were completely the opposite and was wonderful. Seriously, are you on disability and not working? Is anyone reading the feedback for the horrendous changes that were forced on us? That employee or volunteer should be fired. The changes are a mess. My God. Change it back already. The stupid breaks in the inbox with the days of the week are ridiculous and small box window are horrible to name a few. In fact, every single thing you changed is a horrible mess. CHANGE IT BACK.

Bring back the old format. I HATE your new and improved version!!!
I will find another email to utilize if you will not allow me to change to the old AOL Email version. -

Why bother. Complaints are ignored. I hate this new format and will be finished transitioning out of AOL Mail shortly. Worst piece of bug-infested software.

I have had to spend hours retrieving emails, trying to maintain desired fonts and downloading simple files. This new system is more complicated, frustrating, slow and impossible.

The new AOL email sucks! Two MAJOR issues:
1). when you open a new email, the format is already in reply form?? You can actually "see" your new email. You have to "delete" your reply in order for the original email to be visible.
That is a lot of unnecessary steps just to open a simple email. And, you have to do it EVERY SINGLE TIME for EVERY SINGLE EMAIL!
2). There is no longer an option to compose an email outside of the AOL window. So you can no longer look at a prior email as you compose a new one?
Overall, the "new and improved" email is NOT!!!!

Had to spend about five minutes trying to figure out how to access an email written earlier then sent to a folder... had to read everything, check everywhere.... just to find out how to find an email sent earlier in the day. Why? Why isn't this simple, clear, obvious, intuitive like AOL used to be? Several times I've tried to do something that used to be done in seconds, only not to be able to do it at all, or now and then ended up losing the email... and what's up with the three dots, upper right? I often need to put an email on the desktop, to abstract/quote/add info & then print. I still have no idea how to do that now with the "new" AOL, & it's one of the essentials I need often, every day, to use incoming information & make it available for later use. I've found workarounds.... awkward... time-consuming... & that's just one example. We were among your first to use AOL. We valued it so much that we continued to pay for AOL for a year, even when there was no charge. I'd pay again, just to have the former, classic, easy-to-use, efficient, helpful, organic, obvious, practical, well-designed, intuitive AOL back again, saving me time AND aggravation every day.

AOL must see by now what the people want. The old format back. So why haven't they changed it back. Admit they made a mistake with changing it in the first place and return the old format .. it works where this new one does not. Otherwise what is the point of them asking for our suggestions to improve aol mail.
