It would appear that AOL do NOT listen or care about their users' comments or opinions!! Well over 800 views about this truly abysmal excuse for an email platform. Why have we been restricted to the ridiculous font and size options? Gone has all the seamless connectivety that we had in the "Old Style AOL Mail" which was easy to navigate, use; and gave the choice of lots of variations etc, to make writing emails a pleasure. This format is definitely not a pleasurable experience; and, dare I suggest, was designed by a complete idiot!! This could have been forgiven as the FORERUNNER - but to imply that it is an improved mail platform is ludicrous beyond words!!.......Sadly, I believe we have all been wasting our time, as nothing seems to have been taken on board since we all started complaining in January!!!.....

I very much want to go back to the old AOL settings. I managed to do it once,,,,but now it has this
new and more difficult aol setting back again. Change me back to the old way!!!!@@!!!!!!!!!!!!

Me too. I don't like the changes at all. Some of the changes don't work immediately. Sending email is cumbersome and I have to click send twice. Even then you can still see the 1 in the send folder.

please go back to the classic email. It's really very important to me.

I am missing hundreds of emails, also "sent" emails. What happened? I could rely on my aol emails prior to the format change. I NEED access to certain emails for legal reasons.

Take way too long to empty trash and spam folders. Why??

I prefer the Classic email. How did my design get changed and when? I write for my chuch and Sunday school class and Classic allowed me to do more things. It was much easier to use.

A reminder, folks. The more you call yourselves "old-timers" the more AOL will ignore you. They want the adolescent crowd and so are attempting to imitate GMail. Except they have ads all over the email. Personally, I think AOL had a unique and valuable product in the "old" AOL with options for font, size, color, insertions - really brought out the artists. Oh BTW, don't you all still wonder what happened to the 14,000 thumb's down comments that AOL erased?

Your New forced email format will casue all of us Old Timers that populate and pay for AOL
to just go to Google. There was nothing wrong with the old AOL format for email.

Give us options that make sense, for us old timers that PAY for AOL

Font colour choice is poor, options limited, this is not an improvement!

Found yet another performance flaw with the new mail layout -- If you are drafting an email to many people (15+) the contact address lines take up so much space you can't even view the text of your email any longer.

Never a problem with the Classic Version

AOL -- PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR USERS

This new format is functionally flawed in so many ways .....

Either correct the long list of problems --and/or offer Classic Emai as both a permanent alternative as well as a workable version while you fix all the bigs and logic errors in this inferior new layout

listen to your customers or are you just too big and arrogant for that now - just return to Classic

hate all the new meaningless ads

adding to the growing pile of irritations with new aol is that I couldn't quickly delete all emails in Recently Deleted. Instead, had to do it by groups. Bring back Classic. Tired of the drip, drip, drip of new problems with this new format.

You have made changes, I now cannot send any email. SO this service is pointless. It will not allow me to send anything to anyone.

the search function is awful and why can't i sort by sender??
