I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

    Found yet another performance flaw with the new mail layout -- If you are drafting an email to many people (15+) the contact address lines take up so much space you can't even view the text of your email any longer.

    Never a problem with the Classic Version

    AOL -- PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR USERS

    This new format is functionally flawed in so many ways .....

    Either correct the long list of problems --and/or offer Classic Emai as both a permanent alternative as well as a workable version while you fix all the bigs and logic errors in this inferior new layout

    listen to your customers or are you just too big and arrogant for that now - just return to Classic

    adding to the growing pile of irritations with new aol is that I couldn't quickly delete all emails in Recently Deleted. Instead, had to do it by groups. Bring back Classic. Tired of the drip, drip, drip of new problems with this new format.

    You have made changes, I now cannot send any email. SO this service is pointless. It will not allow me to send anything to anyone.

    the search function is awful and why can't i sort by sender??

    This version of AOL in plain words.....sucks. The simple AOL worked. The former version was so easy to use. I spend more time searching how to do a simple task such as "adding a contact" to my email list or searching for a specific email that I have saved, etc. It is annoying.

    Amen and completely agree. The only good thing about tis new e-mail system is we have dark mode. Otherwise it is horse****!!!! Someone should be fired over this. This is as bad as the Bud Light ***** up!!!

    Nouvelle Boite email horrible , beaucoup trop de bugs , je vais changer je pense , quelle tristesse !

    The new emails boxe is really bad, many bugs ..........what a pity to must change ......

    Relaunch Wonderful Classic... Put the current formate back into the rubbish bin from whence it came...

    I still HATE this new email. I guess you were hoping that we would all just accept it without a whimper. The more I use it the more I hate it and I am still shocked that you deleted the original thread that started back in May with close to 15,000 negative comments. Why even bother to provide a forum if you are going to delete or ignore it??

    yes ! Lost a ton of emails! Why? Where did they go? I need them back ! Very important! I hate this different set up! Please re-instate old way!

    I do NOT care for this at all. Messages saved for a reason are gone. I can no longer find references I need. Do I really have to buy 100 flash drives to save everything? Return to Classic Email and do not make my choices for me.

    Any chance we will EVER be able to get Classic Email again? I HATE the way this works. I really want to open mail in separate windows.

    You people at AOL, don't you see the problems you've created? Do you not care about the people that use AOL? You say you are gathering feedback but there have been many thousands of people stating that they are unhappy with this new system, which is a clone of Yahoo.
    As I've stated before, if we had wanted what Yahoo has we would have moved. If things don't change or we do not hear from AOL there will be an exodus to a different platform.
    Thanks for not caring about the people that liked AOL in the past.
