So, why can't AOL do us the courtesy of responding to our inquiries about returning to Classic mail? Why can't they at least tell us why AOL imposed this new format on everyone?

Hi again, So here I am yet again asking you to simply change back ALL the email settings and organization back. The pure incompetence of the staff who developed and created this garbage screen organization needs to be fired. If someone at my place of employment did this, they would be fired for extreme incompetence and ignoring their decades old loyal clients. You do realize that some of us use this platform for BUSINESS communication. You have received over 10,000 and growing NEGATIVE feedback on the incompetent organization, pop ups and overall disaster of the surprised changes to the email organization. My God, this is so cluttered and everything is a complete disaster. Thank God, these changes do not affected doing business emails on my phone for ease of use. Working on my computer with your incompetent changes is a nightmare. Are you reading these? Or has your staff already been fired and that is why nothing has been done to change everything back to the way it was? Surely this is not difficult? You had all the organization format in place already from earlier this year. Change it back for Christ sake.

Why ask for feedback if you don't respond to it?

We all keep asking, and AOL doesn't do anything. I'm using another account for email now, tho I've been w/AOL since the '90s.

Give us the option to revert to the old system

Have started using a different email. Evidently, AOL knows how to mess it up, but they don't know how to fix it.

Classic is better. The new is horrible and confusing. I don't understand why changes online are always for the worse.

I don't think you folks are listening to any of our suggestions.

I am losing important emails. I don't know where they go with the new, horrible AOL. I read them one minute, forget to have to click "Save as New," and they go into cyberspace. They are not in Old Mail or Spam. Please let ME choose where my new emails go, or keep them as new if I don't specify. The new format is inconvenient and potentially dangerous, since I have no idea where my received emails wind up.

If you really value your customers feedback then tke note, let us have the old format back.

The New version is terrible, but you removed all ability to alter the look of the old version and you removed capability forcing the new version on me. I will now look to close out my account and move to gmail.

The only reason I kept AOL email over the years, and never changed to any of the other email accounts on offer, was because of the classic format. SO MUCH BETTER!

I miss the old themes, especially the holiday ones. Please give more options re: themes, the new ones are so boring and generic!

There was nothing wrong with classic email. You people do not have the sense to leave well enough alone. If it ain't broke don't fix it. Give us the option to switch back. It must be possible since we had that option for a while. Respect your customers wishes.

I ABSOLUTELY HATE THE NEW FORMAT. I am searching for a new email and will no longer use AOL
