I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

    I can't access my email. This is unacceptable. It's my main provider. You absolutely can not have your mail servers down for any reason.

    Nothing will load, move. page not available, can't fetch...... Am I going to HAVE to switch to Gmail? Can't check any folders. Have you been hacked??????

    emails won't load, won't delete, can't look at different folders. What the ****? Get "can't fetch" Error, error, error

    Only when I use or check aol, my computer gets very slow. No other email or site gives me that problem.

    This new format is terrible - need sender information, not reply or do not reply.
    When hovering, cannot see complete sender information

    The Classic View so much better. It's a mare to find anything with the new layout and why the blue dots? Bold is enough to show unread and this is 2 years on from the change and still hate it.
    I have important stuff now, I need to see important emails easily and the page is so cluttered-cannot see anything. looks better if reduced to 50% then cannot read . Looks like a jumble sale.
    May need to consider Gmail as a better option

    why did you remove the search old mail tool...? often expected mail, like warranties are sent later. How do I find my recent warranty from asurion?

    Once there was a possibility you could keep al the emails (in already read) you got over the years.
    I want that possibility back NOW!
    I want to keep emails from my total history!

    I found out now that I have all kinds of sales year 2024 in my website, and it was block, what happened to this aol mail. My cursor until now its hard to go up and down.

    Omg. What a mess this new thing is. It's very hard to navigate and if I wanted to know what was going on in the world, I will look on my own without all the news **** in my face. Simple is perfect. Please change back. I'm old and can't /don't want to have to learn new things.

    The email view has changed so that the SEND, and other buttons beside it, cannot be seen.

    Why do you keep elimating more and more search options for the mail box. Now its only down to newest and oldest. This is terrible and need to put back what was there before especially relevance sort option.

    If it worked then why mess with it? Can't find way to advise I'll be out!!!!!!!
