How can we improve AOL Mail?

I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

    PLEASE give me back my old mail! I am 78 and this is so hard for me to understand. it would have been nice to be for warned. Also cant find any instructions! This stinks!

    A couple of weeks ago I saw that you made an upgrade to AOL email.

    From my working with computers since teletypes were all the rage, in my opinion, the new and improved email is archaic and useless!

    For what you did to mail, That is as polite as this horrible upgrade deserves.

    To give you an example, You have destroyed SEARCH!

    We used to be able to type a single word and hunt that word in the column where New, Read, Deleted, and other categories Including all the folders were located, and we could do this by name, email address, or subject, and by Read and Unread.
    .
    Once found, all those emails could quickly be moved to the folders where they could be arrived and located if needed.

    NOT ANY MORE!

    What the **** were you thinking?

    PUT is back to the way it was.

    IT WORKED Then. It doesn't now!

    You gotta be kidding! 276 complaints? Last time I checked it was close to 19,000.

    Product Support: Is this how you fix AOL? After 19K complaints, you cancel that thread?

    You people at AOL must be blind to not see the dislike of your "new" format. If we wanted this style of email we would have signed up for Yahoo mail. We did not and would like to go back to the way we want it.
    How many thousand of comments will it take for you to listen to us?

    Das neue Layout ist eine Katastrophe. Das Schriftbid ist viel zu klein und kaum lesbar. Die Aktivierung für die bessere Lesbarkeit bringt wenig. War bisher mit dem E-Mail-Programm von AOL sehr zufrieden, werde mich jetzt aber wohl davon verabschieden.

    Change your response to feedback to "We don't care what you think, and will ram the new email it down your throat".

    This comment is similar to the one I made on the suggestion that had almost 14,000 replies, but now appears to have disappeared (along with my comment).
    Why can't we have the option to return to classic AOL? It was there a few weeks ago (here in the UK), so why can't we have it now?
    Like others on here, I tried the new version several times whilst it was optional, but quickly returned to the classic version as it was far superior in all aspects.

    Please, give us back the possibility to use back the old version of AOLMAIL. It was the best mailbox ever created, what happened in your head to make it disappear ?...
