GO BACK TO CLASSIC EMAIL
I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

Blocked addresses continue to show up!
Old mail and New mail are useless. My old mail has current and new mail has old. ????
Before you start something new, run some testing to see how other things are affected. -

When I select e-mails to be deleted, a box pops up on top saying I have selected X amount of e-mails to delete. In doing so, it blocks my "Delete" button so rather than just clicking "Delete" I have to X out the little pop up before I can actually delete it. Why does that pop up box come up blocking ones next options? That is a very poor design. That should either be removed completely (I don't need to be told how many items I selected to delete) or it should pop up on another portion of the screen and NOT need to be closed out before selecting the delete option.

I would appreciate attachment preview/viewing be available in AOL Windows application.

Recently AOL "improved" (or tried to) the mail experience by placing the dialogue pop up (delete confirmation) over the buttons needed to complete the action. Duh. Please revert to the former display.

The status notification messages that appear in the top center of the reading pain when you perform some action e.g. selecting more than one message, moving a message, deleting a message, etc. obscure the action buttons (Move, Delete, etc.) which requires the user to either A. wait until the message disappears on it's own or B. click to dismiss it if the user wants to use one of the action buttons.
Scenario: I have a bunch of emails in the inbox from a newsletter that I want to select all, mark as read, and then delete. Here are the steps right now:
1. Click the "select all" checkbox at the top of the reading pane
2. Observe the status toast message "X messages selected" appear
3. Either wait or click to dismiss the toast message
4. Click the "More" button and select "Mark as read"
5. Observe the status toast message "X messages marked as read" or something similar
6. Again either wait or click to dismiss the toast message
7. Click the Delete button
8. Yet another toast message, covering the action buttons, appearsThis seems like bad UX, as it doubles (or more) the amount of time it takes me to complete my intended goal. I am sure there are additional scenarios to be found where the toast message interrupts the happy path of the user getting the thing done they're trying to get done.

On the web site, we need a way to disable using [Ctrl]-[Enter] keystroke to send an email. This can be inadvertently hit while writing an email, because [Enter] is used for new paragraphs and [Ctrl] is used for copy-paste. At the very least there should be a confirmation prompt before sending. When a half-written email suddenly sends itself, it is a horrible experience. Please prioritize this improvement.

Then I get a nonexisting response posted by admins. I am ready to sue you over this. 180,000 emails I can’t reduce? This makes me vulnerable to mistakes and hacking

I can’t increase the numbers if emails to remove, nothing that your bot suggests exists. I want the basic from before with the alphabetized emails.
Why are you all so backwards. This is not progress this is sabotage -

When viewing mail on desktop/windows 10 - I will select "read" and a small rectangle appears to either say okay or undo or something like that. The problem is, this rectangle is OVER the rest of the options. After reading I want to MOVE the message, but first have to get rid of that little rectangle. Annoying as anything.
If I could permanently move it out of the way so it doesn't cover the options, that would be great!

I can't access my email. This is unacceptable. It's my main provider. You absolutely can not have your mail servers down for any reason.
