When i would compose a message and start typing an email address, it would search for existing addresses and I could select the one I want. This no longer happens.

You can improve AOL mail by STOP MESSING WITH IT!

I went to look at my email, and the border was changed to yellow. I didn't change it. It's horrible and it literally hurts my eyes. I'm not even on the page anymore, and my eyes are still bothering me. The yellow border is another stupid aol idea. I tried different borders, and they're all too bright. Put the old borders back.

I have used and enjoyed AOL mail for years. I really miss being able to change text size and color and being unable to underline, etc, and no emojis!

What happened to the ability to change font size, color, etc. AND the emojis??

I've used AOL for years - the email layout etc was fine - now, with changes, it's an effing nuisance. Go back! Please!

right panel statistics are for administration to evaluate usage by employees. Unnecessary for individual user. Takes up almost 1/3 of the screen and cuts down visible email. Make it optional or scalable - let user pull boundary to the right

To me personally the best way you can improve AOL, is LEAVE IT ALONE

Can’t get my emails and I can’t sent emails now.

Your system experiment has been a failure. It is terrible. Here is why:

1. No dark mode unless we change our system which screws up Power Point, Word and Excel. They have separate options where needed. You system is pathetic.

2. You put the attachments on the bottom when we write mail which is great, but we need to go to the bottom of the incoming e-mail to see what was attached.

3. About 80% of the time you cannot download a attachment. I need to send my AOL mail to a Outlook account to see the dam AOL attachments.

4. Every time we put a link in an e-mail you darn system wants to put a big link box in the darn e-mail. What a pain **********!

5. We no longer can separate the e-mail accounts in our directory by type of contact. banker, lawyer, accountant, farmer, Manufacturing CEO, etc. Classic did a good job.

6. The contact search will not show contacts that are actually in the directory. I have no idea why tis happens.

I could add anther 10 items which I have included in several other complaint posts. AOL management does not seem to care. Please contact me so I can explain these issues to a programmer that can actually make your system work for people.

OH GOD, people are still complaining about the last time (last year?) you made changes and now you've done it again! The main color is yellow? Then on my phone, at the bottom, there was a 'settings' icon that I could tap and be able to switch between e-mail addresses. Now it's gone, but fortunately, I discovered if I tap on my initial at the top of the e-mail page, the settings icon appears, and I can switch my addresses from there.
QUIT THE CHANGES! It's bad enough that you don't announce changes. Just go back to the original e-mail, before the last change. People were saying that with the last change and that request is still showing as a high priority. So obviously you're ignoring the people and still making changes that people hate!

Sort by sender is the best tool for dealing with trash. When I am overwhelmed with **** e-Mails or just when I need to search for an important email from one party, it gives me time to sort and prioritize.

I am not getting email on my outlook account as usual. Can you HELP?

give me back my inbox and get rid of the **** new old mail ****. I have emails that must tie together and always going to find them in the old mail is crazy. Why make something that was so easy more difficult. so many things in life are hard but this was just stupid to do to people when we did not ask for it. I want one inbox and message to stay there until I DECIDE TO GET RID OF THEM. I GUESS I WILL JUST SWITCH TO ANOTHER EMAIL SYSTEM SINCE YOU WON'T FIXIT.

Stop the folder list from moving around.
