I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

    All your comments are asking to go back to the old AOL. This has been going since toy stuck us with this email for kids. Is there anyone reads this Feedback? What do we have to do to get the old AOL back? This new one is awful.

    Whatever you did as improvements sucks. I used to be able to search for emails and it would find them in the inbox, spam, or trash. I accidentally deleted an important email and can't find it anywhere. I'm so frustrated. I have been using AOL since the 80's.

    I agree...go back to the classic e-mail which was so easy to use. Hate this new format. Can't even find my paperclip to send an attachment from Word. Leave alone what was working well.

    I want to be able to sort my AOL mail from A-Z how i always had it & it made it easier for me to delete in bulk.

    This reminds me of Gmail & i dont like gmail.!

    In the new AOL I cannot manage my contact list. Cannot find the address book. Email ok but "getting around" in email is not good at all.

    je ne comprend pas, tous les dossiers où j archivai mes mails sont vides avec des informations importantes que j avais depuis 1995 . Il y a t il un moyen de les récupérer ?

    If I can find a way to forward my AOL emails to my GMAIL then I'M OUT.. Ridiculous is not even the word for this new AOL catastrophe... I'll even pay for AOL each month for the old format

    Please go back to CLASSIC... I used this email for my job and I've had AOL for over 18-years but this new system is causing me issues with my supervisor cause I can never locate documents and reports. Everyone in my office has GMAIL and I'm truly considering it myself

    I can't scroll mail ! Help ! I went to my mailbox and every thing was changed. I have to use the up and down arrows to go message to message. AOL should print all my old messages and send them to me.... or do something...give me back my old inbox ! ! !

    Problems:
    1. When I delete mail it does not disappear right away.
    2. I do not recover all old emails.
    3. When writing an email, the space is too small.
    4. Hate the ads and I rather switch to another provider than pay an "upgrade'
