I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

    I prefer the font to be arial or something like it. Modern wide is fine too. I don't like Times New Roman for my inbox.

    This change is awful. Updated today and I am very confused and totally lost in email. Please switch me back to classic email ASAP!!

    I have already cancelled one of three paid accounts, and getting ready to cancel the 2nd.
    The ability to pop out an email or a draft while browsing the inbox was a great feature that set it apart from gmail and other services -- you need to get it back.
    I have a large number of distribution lists -- you can't search the contact list for a particular name.
    You can't capture the raw addresses from an email except one by one.

    I do not like the new e-mail. It is cumbersome, can't find the send or the attachment buttons. I was finally able to access classic e-mail, after three attempts and a wasted morning. If this cannot be remedied, I will have to change my service. I cannot afford to waste time like this.

    I can't find my old messages. Why do you have to delete them after a short time. I may need something from 3 years ago. I too want the old classic email back. I have had it since 1996 and I think I am going to change to gmail.

    Keep the black background and offer it for writing an e-mail, but go back tyo the system you had in January 2023. This new system is junk!!!

    Scores of Emails are being added back to my inbox that were previously deleted. I am working from a desktop - not a phone. I've read where others are having the same problem.....so, what's up?? I've deleted a number of emails tonight so I hope they don't show back up...again... :(

    RIDICULOUS since supposed upgrades🤬
    I block repeat junk/spam and I’m still getting ip to 100 daily in my emails! If they even show a messsge! Constantly get messages saying NO CONTENT!
    I’m seriously considering dropping AOL! AND customer service sucks to!!!

    I can't figure out anything on your new aol site. I want to leave aol but I'm too busy at the time. My gmail account is SO MUCH EASIER to use. For example, would someone please tell me why, when I click on "settings" and then "more settings" NOTHING shows up?!!

    Have been paying for AOL since 1990s, product getting worse. Workspace very small now with ads taking up 1/2 my screen, and cant minimize the ads unless pay an EXTRA $5 month. Will be cancelling and going back to free AOL, since this is what it is worth now to me..

    So many people want their old (classic) AOL back. I do not like the new format with the attachments at the bottom. It is confusing to recipients (and to the senders, too)! I have to make sure that I tell recipients to look at the bottom of the messages for the attachments, and it also makes it very confusing when multiple senders have attached items in the message--they have to go to the bottom of all of the messages to find the latest attachment I added. Also, I miss the font, size, and color choices we had for the messages. Very limiting. Also, once when I signed in, I was missing 100 messages (really!) I had to pay for an account so that I could work with a tech person so my messages could be retrieved.

    When an email is sent to me, even an email from AOL with verification codes, it takes FOREVER to be received. I mean 10 minutes or more and the verification process expires. Your system SUCKS.
    I CANNOT SIGN IN.

    Not enough workspace Too much ad space on right side. If not corrected I too will be cancelling ,my account

    with all the junk emails please put the trash can left justified like it was so you can delete junk easily. The new format is based on the senders desires not YOUR users desires.

    At this point i have already started a gmail account and will be closing my aol account as a direct result of this change !
