I used the SEARCH feature extensively to find particular references (text, dates, info) in past emails. There was a 'search' box - it worked perfectly. I can't even FIND a search feature now. Is there one? Is there one buried in there somewhere?? New system looks pretty, but its (c**p).

THIS "NEW" FORMAT IS JUST PLAIN BAD. tHERE HAS BEEN SO MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT IT THAT ITS UNBELIEVABLE THAT YOU APPARENTLY HAVE NO PLANS TO LISTEN TO THE COMPLAINTS AND WILL STICK TO THIS FORMAT WHETHER OR NOT YOUR LONGTIME CUSTOMERS AGREE. Totally agree this new AOL sucks to the highest level. When I delete any of my emails they then go into my history and I have to go into history and delete them again. Isn't that a wonderful feature of the new AOL. What happened to the keep as new character? Why do I have to click on an arrow to get any kind of request? Can I PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE my old basic back?

The latest is - if you refuse the new version and opt for the old, it isn't the version you had previously been using for years with regular sensible updates but a special dinosaur version that seems to have been created especially to be so basic in the hopes of forcing customers (we are customers!) to take up the new version that we hate. This needs to change or we will all be migrating to different providers - as gmail, which is not as good as the previous aol email is better than the new aol version. Thanks for the link Xxxx Xxxx

I'm having the same problem. Why make it so difficult, if not impossible, to revert to standard (or classic) AOL formatting? The push for the new (or basic) AOL formatting feels arbitrary and thoroughly unhelpful.

NOT IMPRESSED with the "new" AOL. I want to switch back to CLASSIC AOL or I'll start using GMAIL.

This new format is terrible. I can't find, how to clear/delete e-mail history and searches.

Is there a way to return to the old classic aol, and if so, please publish the way it can be done.
