I am having a lot of problems with the New AOL. The Classic AOL was MUCH BETTER!
FIRST - I cannot find the Times Roman Font that I need to use to submit my poetry. I cannot find Ariel Font either.
WHY DID YOU REMOVE the two most popular fonts for submitting literature?

ALSO:
I tried to get my classic AOL back and was told that it was no longer available.
In Fact ... I am having problems with the new AOL. When I copy & paste my work to submit (poems) they all paste as double-spaced, then I have to go back and reformat everything. It is a lot of extra work and time and I HATE IT! Is there a way to copy and paste where it will not do that [double space lines that are not wrapped]?
I know how to fix it after the fact, but it is extra work

WHY does it past double-spaced? IT never did that with the classic AOL?

The entire system SUCKS now. I might have to stop being a paying customer and switch to a more user-friendly email I have been with AOL for a very long time, and I am an ANGRY customer!

I totally agree with all the above, I need to revert back to how it was, really do not like this new version, it's awful.

Return to the Old format a.s.a.p. This new format is jarring and unacceptable.

This new email is lousy. Half of my contacts are missing. The layout is not friendly. The old style was so much better. We aren't idiots and only idiots would find this acceptable.

Can't adjust mail header from bold to normal. Page loading is slow. Would love old format back.

This new email is awful, so many things not right, where's the old email folder gone, read emails are just left with the new emaild, also if I want to send a email to say France and want to translate it before sending, I can't do that now, and on it goes.... BRING BACK THE OLD FORMAT !!!!!

Why are you ignoring all these request to go back to what we had??? Do NOT care about your users of your product?

hate hate hate the new format and basic doesn't do what the old email did. can't insert hyperlinks or photos...

New version is to busy... Original version so much better easier to navigate...

This new format is awful, at least give us the option to go back to the old one, why do these people think they have to fiddle with a perfectly good format, oh yeh, I need to prove my worth, great, then go back to the old format and prove your worth by conceeding you were wrong to fiddle with it in the first place, give me strength...

When I went to check my E_MAILS early Wed. 5/24/23 the new format came on. I opened my inbox and when I tried to either open or delete messages a box appeared to leave site a page came on with a decryptfailed page or ads came on. I tried all day Wed. and till noon on Thurs. I then called tech support and tried to fix the problem for 1 and a half hours. After not being able to rectify the problem it was suggested to me to send my feedback. Hopefully you can fix the problem or go back to the previous format.

100% agree especially with Gyna, AOL worked for me and had good features, this new aol sucks, and when you click go back to basic mail IT IS NOT CLASSIC AOL. It shows all inbox not new mail unless I choose to sort it, well all the new choices dont make it very quick and easy to check my email now do they???? I want classic back, not basic, not this new ****!
