How can we improve AOL Mail?

keep getting spam from "blocked" senders

I keep getting SPAM in my folder from @kellykat.com. I've blocked these emails multiple time, but still they come. I'm getting more and more SPAM in my inbox, which I move to SPAM. You always ask if I want to "unsubscribe." I never subscribed to these domains. They are just trying to get AOL to give them legitimate email addresses. Wise up!

We have some solutions for you, please refer to this article to learn how to best manage unwanted emails:  https://help.aol.com/articles/aol-mail-spam-and-privacy  We also added additional security features for AOL Mail: https://help.aol.com/articles/additional-security-features-in-aol-mail  Moreover, the block feature is best used for people, not spam, since spammers can use spoofed accounts. This means, what you see and add to your blocked list might not be the actual sender address. If you need assistance, you can reach out to us at https://help.aol.com/contact/

    Go back to basics and stop competing with other news services. Also, stop selling our information! These unsolicited ads are annoying and waste my time deleting over 100 a day!!

    Have an entry that used a * (wildcard) for Username with the domain name. Was entered in mid-January.
    Today, got an entry/E-mail in the SPAM folder.
    Is there a change in policy - Blocked users E-mail will be displayed?
    BTW years ago one could use a wildcard in the domain for senders that use same ID but change A domain character. Any plans to put the feature back?

    How many emails will I continue to get from (ex. replay@ or Simpleredirection.com after I block them. Answer: Hundreds even in my regular mail. Please stop the same spam from coming through

    I'm getting many spam emails. Surely you could block more 'at source'.
    I'm UK based and most seem to be US generated.

    100 Spam emails over the last 2 days. Taking quite some time to transition out of AOL, but it will be worth it!

    Spam Filter is broken as of late. Nonstop spam emails received (more in Inbox than in Spam folder). The Spam settings/options are also missing now.

    How can domains, such as .eu be block? Lots of spam emails are originating from this domain.

    I HATE that when I receive an email with an attachment, you
    "move" the attachment to another folder after I have opened it.. It took me months to figure out what you were doing
    One I figured this out, I found it hard to find the attachment and ended up having to ask the sender to re-send. i don't understand the reasoning behind his. KEEP THE ATTACHMENT WITH THE ORIGINAL EMAIL!!!

    Why limit spam blocking to 1000? Especially when I'm getting 100+ spam emails a day! Why can't you control the incoming spam?!

    AOL is costing us unnecessary expense and upsetting regular clients by sending their emails to SPAM randomly

    I wish AOL would not randomly send emails from clients we've been corresponding with for years to SPAM. i missed an important message yesterday and it has cost the business a few hundred dollars.
