keep getting spam from "blocked" senders
I keep getting SPAM in my folder from @kellykat.com. I've blocked these emails multiple time, but still they come. I'm getting more and more SPAM in my inbox, which I move to SPAM. You always ask if I want to "unsubscribe." I never subscribed to these domains. They are just trying to get AOL to give them legitimate email addresses. Wise up!
Hi. We're sorry to hear you're receiving spam emails! We have some solutions for you, please refer to this article to learn how to best manage unwanted emails: https://help.aol.com/articles/aol-mail-spam-and-privacy We also added additional security features for AOL Mail: https://help.aol.com/articles/additional-security-features-in-aol-mail Moreover, the block feature is best used for people, not spam, since spammers can use spoofed accounts. This means, what you see and add to your blocked list might not be the actual sender address. If you need assistance, you can reach out to us at https://help.aol.com/contact/
Thank you!

Allow users to see and edit the list of email addresses that we have marked as spam. I don't want to constantly have to keep and/or look thru the Spam forlder to see if I've mistakenly marked a previous email as spam. I'd rather ocasionally see/edit the list marked for Spam.

Fix this!! Spam emails are now in my 'New Mail' box everyday and my spam box is empty. What happened?! I have to pick and choose the spam to block future emails. Most of the spam is disgusting to read. Annoying. I think it's time to change to gmail.

Give ability to move or turn off informational banner that covers up "move delete spam ... More" when I check items, move or delete. It can be closed (via x) or eventually disappears, but it is annoying & I already know what I've done so it is an unnecessary delay.

Another day being inundated with 70 spam emails. Useless piece of garbage. They don't care and will do nothing to fix this. More spam emails now even winding up in my 'New Mail.' Time to deal with the inconvenience of switching email provider.

Can you allow users to block a specific TLD (top-level domain)?
TLDs are the last part of a domain name that categorize websites based on their purpose or type (ie .com or .org).
I'm getting lots of spam in my inbox with TLDs of .GE or .RO. Should be easy to send those straight to spam. -

I now have over 200 emails in my spam folder. Since you stopped blocking at 1,000 emails, I learned how to report abuse for spam by researching their IP addresses. YOU HAVE NOW BLOCKED ME FROM REPORTING SPAM!!!! So, which is it? I called your number to ask why I was being blocked from reporting on my own, and I was basically told to try again later. Well, that did NOT work. Are you going to increase the number of blocked emails or are you going to let me take care of it? A reply would be appreciated!!! Thank you!

There is an extreme amount of spam lately in both my Inbox and my Spam folders. AOL needs to address this issue by using AI to stop the excessive amount of useless email. This has started about two weeks ago. AOL please do something to alleviate this issue!

COMMENTS FOUND HERE SHOW AOL HAS NO INTEREST IN HELPING TO BLOCK SPAM IN ANY MEANINGFUL WAY. IF AOL WANTS TO SHOW I AM NOT CORRECT THEY CAN DO THIS: STEPS IN NEED
1. CHECK BOX FOR THE ENTIRE SPAM FOLDER
2. CLICK "BLOCK DOMAINS OF ALL SPAM SELECTED"
3. UPON CLICKING THE DOMAIN OF THE SENDER IS FOREVER BLOCKED ENTIRELY
4. THEN THE SELECTED SPAM (IN THIS CASE ALL OF THEM) ARE DELETED -

The same vulgar, disgusting and vile spam mail continue to fill the spam mail box everyday. They are from the same source they should not be that difficult for AOL to monitor. No one should be subjected to this **** daily. I have been with AOL for many years but this onslaught of daily abuse is becoming intolerable. The Filter system does not appear to stop them. You ask for feed back. Please make it more that lip service. Act on it. it is abhorrent that anyone can feel free to send such unsolicited **** over the air ways without fear of sanction. PLEASE AOL DO RIGHT BY YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Don't put spam in people's email. I don't see why anyone should have to pay for that. There would be so many ads you'd be unable to use AOL mail due to time consuming deletions. Very stressful. You think we should pay for that?
I'd like to use AOL more, but surprised by this. I don't have an idea other than don't do this to people. -
