   I am following instructions so I guess I am posting this again. I only want the "developer" to address this. I don't mind it being a public comment.

   When I read a AOL story and try to "Comment" I am blocked, I appeal and get no response, now I appeal and the Appeal is immediately blocked. This has occurred over 1 year now. I will follow all guidelines. please allow me access to the "comment" sections. I was instructed to use feedback by your staff.so that your "developer" could address my issue.
