Please go back to Classic email. Why do you mess with what is already good? I do not have the time or interest for you to experiment on.
Stop using this format. Take a step back and fix your mistakes.

I'm still getting emails as outbox mail, that I'm unable to answer. This is a go back and do it again moment. It's time to look for a new provider. AOL clearly doesn't listen, or care about their customers.

Go back to the old, classic email. The old format was much more user friendly. There is no advantage to the new format.

Cannot cut and paste word documents into it like it was before. When you do it ends up with wide spaces between all of the lines and triple spacing between the paragraphs. Tech said I had to fix this manual. That is not acceptable. Also no way to insert logos and wrap text that feature is gone also.

One of the problems with the new "Standard" AOL is that functions that seem to have disappeared are actually there-- but they have a different look and location, evidently just for our annoyance... It's that 'all change is better' mentality. Notice how a couple of days ago they just moved the button for email all the way to the right? What was the sense in that? If they're trying to tweak "Standard" to be more user-friendly they should be moving towards and not away from the former layout--WHICH WE WANT BACK, PLEASE!!!!!!!!! By the way, Spellcheck is that little ABC with a checkmark at the bottom of the email frame.

These Jerks got rid of the other 1st ranked heading about people being ****** about the change. There was over 10,000 coments. They are trying to make it look like the change is not a big deal. Call these idiots and Voice your opinion, let them know what you think of this piece of **** they call email.

I used the SEARCH feature extensively to find particular references (text, dates, info) in past emails. There was a 'search' box - it worked perfectly. I can't even FIND a search feature now. Is there one? Is there one buried in there somewhere?? New system looks pretty, but its (c**p).

The latest is - if you refuse the new version and opt for the old, it isn't the version you had previously been using for years with regular sensible updates but a special dinosaur version that seems to have been created especially to be so basic in the hopes of forcing customers (we are customers!) to take up the new version that we hate. This needs to change or we will all be migrating to different providers - as gmail, which is not as good as the previous aol email is better than the new aol version. Thanks for the link Xxxx Xxxx

le groupe ne se remplit pas non plus chez moi, ni les contacts individuels. Revenez à l'ancienne version qui fonctionnait très bien. pourquoi modifier des choses qui fonctionnent très bien depuis des années ?
