Dear Product Support, You have plenty of feedback on this issue in the forum. When are you going to make an actual reply and do something about it? I too was force-switched to some kind of new Aol Mail, which does not work. It is not possible to enter line spacing with the Return key in any message I create. I found I can switch into "Basic" email (I think you call it Classic, but it is NOTHING like the AOL I had been using up to the switch this year). In Basic email, I can't do anything else, but I CAN enter a line space with the Return key. However, Basic email is unusable. Your New Email is unusable. So what do you have to offer? Thank you for your PROMPT attention to the many people who are complaining about this and similar problems all over the forum.

I Need to be able to see the sender's actual email address, not their nickname or text name. Otherwise it is especially easy to click on spoof/spam/scam/malicious email.

NEW email does not work. Compose Email doesn't allow me to enter newlines. (blank lines). UNACCEPTABLE

Dear Product Support: Please deal with this bug. This is a severity 1 System bug that makes AOL Mail nearly unusable. I have had to switch to entering all my communications in gmail. AOL can only be used to read my 300+ emails a day, but to respond, forward, or compose anything, I have to move the email to gmail and create a message there. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
I use AOL Mail through the Web, in latest Chrome on MAC OSX. This started happening when I was force-switched to the "new interface" in late summer 2023. Now it happens with EVERY single message I try to create.

ME TOO. I ALSO POSTED ABOUT THIS TODAY Oct 29, 2023, but it's been happening for a more than a month. At first it was sometimes, now everytime. AOL Mail is totally unusable this way. WHERE IS ANY RESPONSE from AOL??? I use AOL Mail through the Web interface, on latest Chrome, in Mac OSX.
Switching back to "Classic AOL" (read, "Awful interface") allows me to compose the email with returns, but it is not the AOL interface I used to have, and so I can't just stay switched to it because it doesn't support much of what I need. Switching back and forth everytime I want to compose/reply/forward an email would not work. I compose dozens of emails a day. -

The enter key does not do anything when writing an email. This makes it impossible to enter a readable email of more than a few lines long. I use AOL Mail through the Web on latest Chrome version on a MAC. The return key problem does not occur in any other app or context on my computer. This severity 1 bug occurs only in this new AOL mail I was force-switched into during the summer.
