An error occurred while saving the comment DARREN GODFREY commentedI hate the new layout, much prefer the old one. I detest the way the email (when operating on my laptop, not my phone) just opens the next email in line whether I want it to (or even notice it happening) or not. At first it was just annoying, but when I lost track of an important email, I wanted to smash the screen. More automation is not an improvement. Don't assume your helping me by taking control out of my hands.

An error occurred while saving the comment DARREN GODFREY commentedIt seems this whole feedback thing is a sham. AOL, in its arrogance, believes people will just get used to the new system like they did the old one. Who cares if it's substandard (they would never admit to that, anyway)? Who cares what our customers think, right? I truly doubt these topics, and their comments, are being read. And the votes: irrelevant, as far as they're concerned. We are all tiny insignificant voices screaming at a sleeping giant, snoring in all its arrogant, unconcerned glory. Content in its ignorance.
An error occurred while saving the comment DARREN GODFREY commentedUsing AOL Mail on my laptop has become a nightmare. AOL, however, does not want feedback no matter what they say, otherwise they would have done something about it by now. It's a mess.
An error occurred while saving the comment DARREN GODFREY commentedWho was the moron who decided to have AOL Mail itself choose which email to open next (or open at all), rather than the user? This is not while checking emails on my phone, but on my laptop. I cringe when I access my email on the computer now, because I don't know what this "convenience" might do. You people are going in the wrong direction, taking choice out of the hands of the user.
