Stop using this format. Take a step back and fix your mistakes.

    I do NOT like this NEW format at all! How do I go back to the old format?

    Why are adverts appearing at the top of my inbox? They didn't before the change and they aren't wanted now.

    Just used the new compose email and format and it stinks. Please go back to the old format or at least, give us an option to pick the format we want to use.

    New format is trash. The old format was much better me as I'm a senior and it was easy to work. Please give back to me.

    Why has the format been changed? Is it so random adverts can be inserted at the top and makes money for AOL? Revert to the previous version fast.

    The old format was better and of course we're more used to, and prefer it. I want to go back to the good things as they were!
