30 ans que je connais apprécie AOL, et suis abonné depuis 30 ans, et depuis ces années je participe aux signalement des souhaits d' amélioration. mais avec peu de réponses.
Je trouve en effet anormal que AOL n'intègre pas d'outils pour aider ceux qui ont des difficultés.
' est dire ni de correcteur orthographique ni outils d'aide pour le handicap visuel , auditifs et dictaphones Enfin pourquoi .cette page ne bénéfice du concept simple de la traduction automatisé,

This new version is BUNK! I cannot read it because the print is too small and the distraction of the ads is very disturbing. I have no use for this mess!!!

Can't stand this new format, to much navigating, crowed, unclear, dumb, make the old format an option, or take us all back.....

Not only is the e-mail terrible EVERYTHING is with this new AOL. They really need to switch it back since we have to pay for it. Raise the price then give us a format that has so many steps just to look at something. Have you tried finding your favorites and seen how many steps it takes to find them? The old AOL one click and you had it. The whole set up is POOR JUDGEMENT on their part

This is terrible. Can't read many emails because of restrictions. I'm looking at changing if you don't get this fixed or changed.

This new format is terrible. It isn't user friendly and it only serves to delay what I am doing. I don't like a split screen, I don't like the way it portrays email addresses for emails and in general I don't like the layout. Kindly send me a way to return to the format previous to the new one. The new format is for entire AOL page is soooo disorganized. The old format was structured, easy to identify headlines. and read information. This new format is like the brain of a Bi-Polar person who is very Manic.... messy, disorganized, can't keep a thought straight.
