Yes, this problem with not being able to reply to emails is very annoying. I hope someone is listening to your long-time customers. If this continues, I will have to switch over to another email service. I have had AOL since 1999...this is ridiculous that we are all saying the same thing, but it appears no one is listening.

This has happened the past couple times my Samsung phone has updated. I have to use another app fir email until they fix it.

please fix it. you can't type out any email with the screen moving everywhere

Replying to emails now as a nightmare! Works fine on my phone, but it's a mess on my tablet, which is where I usually use my email. I start typing my reply and my screen moves all over the place. It makes replying impossible and frustrating. I might have to start using my Gmail account exclusively.

Responding to an email is impossible now as it moves up screen.

I find the new AOL mail difficult & fustrating to use and want it to revert back to classic on my phone just as i have done on my PC's.

Email cursor keeps bouncing around the page when writing content. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, but NOPE! PLEASE FIX!!! I'm using my Samsung S21 Ultra

as everyone has said, keeps shooting to the bottom of the page tried deleting reinstall etc etc had this address a long time but severely frustrated with the app trying to arrange important issues near impossible.

agree. screen keeps scrolling by itself. complete pain trying to respond to email.

i have a hard time with words so spell check is important

go back to the old format- the new one has no spell check options for us seniors
